We stopped by to pick up free tacos after the Texas Rangers scored a run the night before during a game we attended. We also ordered a combo w/ Chicken Quesadilla and Beef Crispy Taco plus a Beef Taco Salad. The food was good, not great. The tacos feel a bit empty. There was room to add more ingredients.

I appreciate how patient our cashier was when we were a bit undecided and asking how the Texas Rangers free taco promotion works. The place is clean and the salsa bar is a nice touch.

This Taco Bueno’s drive through personal was not smiling and unwilling to correct the order to the actual service sizes compared to many other locations and this location. Located off hwy 121 in Euless or Grapevine. Glade Rd. I will not return this location, due to the poor service and poor serving sizes.

Lobby was filthy. The workers were clearly unhappy about working on Black Friday. Very little interaction, let alone a greeting. Our food was just sat down on the counter with no attempt to call out the order number. We attempted to try the new dessert option. We were asked if we wanted chocolate or raspberry dipping sauce. We asked for both and was told we would have to be charged twice if we actually wanted both dipping sauces. Is thisa typical reaction to a first time customer who wants to try your new promotion? When we elected to cancel the dessert order, she (the cashier) replied, “ok, I don’t care” then turned around and proceeded to converse with the line cook. I believe there was a more respectful and professional response to addressing it, but again, it seems like she was not wanting to be there. To top everything off, went to the restroom and the *white* porcelain toilet hadn’t been cleaned in so long, it was beige. Worst first time experience ever.

Bruh, only came here instead of taco casa was because I was craving CHICKEN soft tacos which I ordered and yall gave me dinky beef soft tacos which are 1/2 the size of taco casa and twice the price. Thanks for the screw up of my order. I’ll just pass from now on. Was always curious why no one is ever in the drive thru at this location. Good luck.

This was my 2nd visit to this location. I arrived about 20 minutes before the store closed. The gentleman closing that night (older with long locs) didn’t want to fry any cheesecake chimis, so he said they only had 2, and he didn’t want to give me both sauces. He asked if I could pay with a card since he already counted the cash drawer. I only had cash and he was clearly annoyed. I left to go home when I realized I received old cold food. And I didn’t even get my two cheesecake chimis (the reason I came). I submitted a report to Taco Bueno’s site, but no response. The franchise owner will respond. This service is appalling, but unfortunately probably the norm at this location. Go anywhere else!

Ordered mucho nachos. Spent $18 and this is what they handed me. Then asked me if that was okay? Um, no but whatever.

There is no reason to go to taco bell when you have Taco Bueno. What really sets them apart is the salsa bar versus your regular old salsa packets.

This location was fast, clean, and pleasant to eat at. We ordered the taco platter and a free muchaco for signing up for their emails. Yes, it’s a little pricey but they are the inbetween fast food and sit down restaurant when you’re craving Tex-Mex.

I really like this location. This is where I go when I can’t decide where to go if I want to go somewhere for lunch. My only criticism is they need to not be so skimpy with the tomatoes on tacos.

I used to come here because it was good. Lobby is warmer than usual cups have changed to a plain white and the B.O.B was mostly lettuce look at the photo in my picture and what they post on the menu. Cost cutting has made it a terrible value and experience. I would give this one a pass until management gets them making the food as they advertise. Their Big Ol Burrito as of right now is a embarrassment to this location with more lettuce than beef.

some of the worst tacos for the price I’ve ever had. hopefully you can see a picture of my taco attached. all six i ordered were like this, half full of nothing. at least fake it and stuff it with low cost lettuce. really poor food, i’d stay clear of this franchise.
