Ordered a blazing chicken spud and my spud had almost no sauce. When I went back to the restaurant the lady working the counter was very rude and condescending. I think if you want to charge 10 dollars for a spud at least do it right? My husband drove the 20 minutes home for me to realize it was messed up and drove 20 minutes back to get it fixed. The lady working the front said it had been too long since service to fix so she could not remake it. That’s fine and I understand policy and I wouldn’t have minded just paying for another one at that point, but she was very rude throughout the entire interaction. Why spend more at this establishment if you can’t be nice when discussing a problem?

Sweet tea was great. Chicken fingers were fresh and hot. Great hot fries with just enough salt.

the first time being here at this one the device and food were pretty darn good. The only complaint is that i wanted to try one of their spuds and they were out. But the food i ordered was really good.

Employees have bad attitudes! If you ask for items to wrap up your food to take home, they think you are getting an attitude. LOL. No worries though, I’ll just take my business else where. Don’t think the owners care because checking reviews show that people have had bad customer service for a while. Edited after response – 2 year employee but can’t figure out how to help customer with to go packaging, yeah ok! And with that personality and attitude, she has definitely had complaints. Hiring young people in school is not an excuse when the customer service at your business sucks! Sounds like you were in the back with it all going on and did nothing while letting employees be rude to customers. Definitely speaks to your character and business model.

They close at 9pm. If you go at 8:20pm and try and place an order you will be told you can only get what they still have left they’re not cooking anymore food. 40 minutes left til closing, fryers already shut down everybody working there ready to close and go at 8:20pm. Ridiculous and LAZY.

Good food. However, the drive through line was long so I went inside. Immediately I found out why. Just as slow inside as it was out. A police officer who was behind me, got her complete order before I did and I ordered 2 things vs her multiple.
