Nice staff, prompt service, not outrageous for a medium hot vanilla, looked clean, nice chairs, correct order, pretty quick. Carpet was pretty dirty but it’s really sloppy outside so it’s probably not usually.

Weird drive thru layout, don’t attempt if you have anything larger than a mid-size crossover – if there’s a line. It’s not worth the headache.
Person taking my order was very rushed, kept cutting me off asking “is there anything else you’d like?” Yeah. I’d like to continue telling you what I want… After all that, they didn’t have a total ready for me. What were you doing the whole time?
Drink was made wrong, but not wrong enough for me to turn around and complain. Not the end of the world, just not consistent with other locations. Also, no straw in bag with food. Again, not an issue, just inconvenient. Luckily, I keep extra straws in my car for reasons like this.

It’s a pleasant place, but the music is too loud. It’s incredibly noisy, making it impossible to work on a computer here. I’m impressed by how noisy it is, but I don’t recommend it. Other Caribou Coffee locations are a delight for working, but not this one!

Yummy Oreo shake drink. Nice staff. Been here multiple times in my life. I really love the vibe here. It took a little bit longer to get my drink, but that is not a problem. I get it, this place is popular and that is a good thing. I will be coming back here soon. I also really love going to various caribous with my youth group. No Caribou has ever been bad.

I visit on special occasions and always order mint. Pup cups are free, mint is always great in any of the drink. Most people are loyal to one coffee place but in my opinion, you should expand your choices.

Caribou doesn’t train people how to steam milk anymore, and no one has ever even seen properly steamed milk. EVERY TIME I order a cappuccino I get a full cup of scalded milk with ZERO FOAM. It’s not even a latte!!! They rely 100% on the machine to do the work. They put the wand in the pitcher, push the button and walk away. Here’s my “cappuccino”.

Do not go to this location. Wait times are 20+ minutes in the drive through. Caribou needs to staff this location properly, it’s not fair to the current employees working at 200% – waiting this long and then getting a poorly made drink really ruins your day

Employees aren’t too friendly. Drinks and food are the same as anywhere at Caribou, which is excellent. Drive thru is nice but weird layout and somewhat inconvenient.
