Daughter went Monday and ordered 2 orders of the triple special. Wow I wish I took a pick but the pic from earlier in year was bad yet this seemed worse all 3 patties barely would make a regular sized patty. Super thin. So not a good experience at all.

I went to sonic everyday single day for a drink while working in Kansas. Cherry Limeade was perfect every time. I didn’t order a burger at one but I don’t remember which one so it was good regardless.

Wost sonic I’ve ever been to. I live in Winfield but work in Derby so I stopped by this Sonic on my drive home at exactly 10pm (mind you, an hour before they close). I ordered a very simple meal, a number 3 sonic cheese burger with medium tots and a medium ice tea. It came out very quickly which should have been my first sign. My tots were hot but soaked in oil and tasted terrible. I couldn’t bear eating more than two. Rather than make fresh tots, they very clearly re-fried the tots. Why would you do that? You spent the same amount of time putting them in the fryer as you would have making new ones. And I really don’t understand how the burger was so bad. It wasn’t hot but I could deal with that. It’s the fact that the bottom bun was hard. I said to myself, at least they didn’t mess up the tea. I get home 20 minutes later and all the ice is melted. I’m not really sure how that happens because as a former Sonic fountain, you’re suppose to fill that cup 3/4 full with ice when making a tea.
Next time I’ll go to Winfield Sonic where it may take 20 minutes to get my meal but at least it’s fresh.

Usually great, food is usually great. Last night we ordered supper & 2 sweet teas 1 with raspberry shot. The one I thought was raspberry, turned out to be Dr Pepper, but I didn’t realize it till much later. My bad, their fault!? I don’t know if that’s food or service category.

Something is always wrong with simple orders or missing all together. Ice cream machine is down often. Teenagers with bad attitudes. Better off going to Derby. You’ll get better food and service.

Wish they were more friendly and more customer oriented….they would be great if they were. They have been very disrespectful for a few years…order little ice they will fill your cup to the top…order no mustard they pile it on…..management allows this store to be so disrespectful to the customers ….heads up order opposite of what you want and your order will more than likely be right because they thrive on pissing people off…found this out after we have left several great tips 40 percent twice only to find out they did nothing like we asked….love this town but Definitely not the sonic…we all starve before trying to get a great meal from there
