Someone please get this store help or it needs to close down. How are you going to be located in downtown Nashville and cannot even get simple orders out in a timely fashion. This is the second time i have placed an order at 10:30 am, to ensure it is delivered by my lunch time of 11:30. Called the store at 11:20, going into the oven. Called back at 11:50, still not ready. Had to cancel because i missed my whole lunch waiting. Pay your employees a livable wage so people will work there. Management, do better.

I love Domino’s, but have been having more and repeated issues with this store. A few times, orders have never been delivered despite saying “delivered” with no communication from the store. I have made attempts to contact the store and driver but received no information. Deliveries have been taking increasingly long periods of time, from 1.5 to 2 hours. I love Domino’s and its pizza and would be an avid customer of this store, but definitely looking elsewhere as these issues too significantly affect my experience.

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. Walked in and stood at the counter for a minute before anyone even acknowledged i was there. Was told my order would be a few minutes longer, so i took a seat. I waited about 15 minutes and still nothing. Went back to the counter to ask how much longer and they couldnt give me an answer. They said its probably not even made yet. At this point, it had been an hour an 10 minutes since i placed by order that said was going to take 30 minutes. The guy behind the counter said he didnt like my attitude and started giving me attitude. Maybe i wouldnt have an attitude if my food was ready when it said it would be or if you actually looked to see how much longer my order was going to be. I told him to cancel the order, since it didnt seem like it had even been started yet. The icing on the cake, 5 minutes after i left i got a notification that my order was ready! Terrible customer service. If you have any sense, avoid this place!

Very rude people. They delivered the pizza in a bad shape and when asked about it, they just dont respond and hung up on us. I would not recommend this place at all. Big NO.

I’m almost positive this dominos gave me food poisoning. The wait was very long, especially for just living down the street. Now that I am reading the reviews, it does not surprise me that their food made me sick for the past couple of days. I would stay away from this location at all costs. I seriously doubt they are up to health code, judging from my own experience and seeing other reviews.

waited 45 minutes for a pizza to be made went in after waiting for 25 minutes. The guy said that it would be done in 10-15. Did not look busy at all in there the one guy was standing around while the other was working on making my pizza. Would not come back here.

This ain’t the one. I eat Domino’s about once a month, so I know what I’m supposed to get and this was a hard miss in quality. Burned to a crisp, sloppily cut, uneven toppings distribution, 0/10. I won’t return to this location.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The store was very clean and workers all said hello welcoming us into the store. Before I left I asked the employee about marina sauce, and she didn’t realize I had purchased it with my order. She had to find the receipt, since she didn’t give me one, to show that I paid for it already. Otherwise, The order was cooked pretty well. Especially the cheesey bread, usually at other places it’s too brown and over done. This was perfect! The ham bacon and cheese medium pizza had half a slice with no sauce or toppings, see photo, but was still delicious. The BBQ chicken pizza could have used a little more bbq sauce but overall tasted Wonderful. It was one of those meals that even though you just ate it, it makes you want to reorder the next day!
