I wanted to grab a quick whopper before heading to pick up my girlfriend’s sister from the airport and it definitely hit the spot. The guy that took my order knew what he was talking about and was very professional and quick. He made sure my order was correct before sending me to the window. I got the whopper with cheese and a honey mustard chicken wrap! I wish I had taken a photo of them because they did look very delicious and well wrapped. I will definitely be going here again!

I wish I could give this place less than one star. Was extremely hungry went to the drive-through ordered me a Texas house Burger the new one that comes with bacon mushrooms and cheese. So when I ordered I told the lady that don’t put any bacon on my burger because I don’t need work. She took my order and then I received my food and I start driving and I went back to my waiting lot and when I about to eat my food and when I open my burger and see there is a bacon in there. I understand that could be a mistake. I drove back because I’m hungry and kind of upset and I looked at the reset and the receipt says no bacon even though the ticket that prints out for the person in the kitchen it also shows no bacon I am not sure how they make that mistakes and I’m not sure if they are really reading the ticket before the making the sandwiches. I went inside and told the lady that I requested no bacon and there is a bakery in my food so she took the back from my hand and went back and I could see everything she left the back on the kitchen table and I guess she talked to the person that makes sandwich and two remake me another one and she was waiting for her manager to get the approval or something I’m not sure what she doing with her. My background is a restaurant manager that kind of a mistake that we have we ride away verify and throw the food and the trash because of the cross contamination she did not throw the back captain on the kitchen counter and got my food ready and hand it to me. Now my concern is did she throw the food or she sold it to somebody else. I think this manager and entire team needs to go through a training process to teach them what is need to be done if they have a return items especially when it’s the food.
I’m not trying to get any free food or free coupon. What I want is this place to get better so other people can put the trust on them.
Also I’d like to add one more thing my food was made in Rush and when I had my food I couldn’t finish or enjoy my meal and I just wasted 13 plus dollar.

That ordered to crispy honey mustard mustard crispy wraps and the young man had asked me if I wanted the meal and I said no. Thank you! And when I got there, they’re like oh 399 which that’s not what I ordered. I ordered two and they’re $2.99 each and she’s like oh they didn’t hear you. I was like how did they not hear me when they asked me if I wanted the milk which consists of two. It just makes no sense

Make sure to not use the restroom PLEASE!!! BE AWARE the dirtiest restroom you will ever see…. it is a nightmare to eat after going to their restroom which is the same for the gasstation…. you are aware..

They are Friendly as well so that’s why they keep drawing me back there.
Y’all who live in Texas know how hot it can be. So in this Houston heat I really needed and wanted some ice cream and they were sure to deliver.

I’m giving it a 1 because last night it was around 9pm I was at the drive through for about a few minutes. I then pulled up to the window come to find out their was three guys inside just sitting down hiding. They didn’t want to take my order. I then Honked, one guy came to the window said their system was down. I then asked for his name he refused to give it to me he was so rude that he just closed the window. The other two guys were laughing.
