This is by far the best BK I have been to in years. The people are friendly and the food is fast!! They have an amazing playground that most places no longer has. My 2 young boys love it. Please don’t ever get rid of it!!! It’s reminds me of growing up in the 80s and 90s. The restaurant is pretty clean as well. Thank you!!

It’s Friday at 11:30. I’ve been waiting in the lobby over 10 minutes for a simple order of two combo meals. One person has hustle behind the counter but no one else seems to care. Lobby service is definitely 2nd priority. Would not return

We stopped here while filling up the gas tank on the truck at the gas station next door. We wanted something quick so we could get back on the road.
One of the nice things about this place is that we had been on the road for 5 hours and had a long ways still to go. They had a very nice play area so our son could run for a bit and get some energy out of his system before getting back in the car.
I had the King Bacon Burger and found it very good. The rest of the family ate everything they ordered. So we were all very hungry or it was good.
Overall it was good. We decided against making it a quick stop and let our son use the play area for 30 minutes before starting out on the next 7 hours of being in a car.

Everything was sold out or order on app only. None of their online menu items are available in store. Pretty much all there was available were whoopers.

Didn’t get the toppings on my burger, chicken sandwich was cold, and found a hair in my food. While watching them make and package my order, they did not wash their hands, persistently touch their face and hair. Two of the people came form the customer area where they were eating, didn’t wash their hands, and starting plating the food items, including the unwrapped items like our fries and stuff.
One of the employees who was fixing to leave, packed an order that had came in after ours for someone who was picking her up. Also a little upsetting as she had stated that she was on the clock for 3 more minutes.
I would have asked for a refund then, but I had already paid and my son really wanted burger king.
Overall, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. This goes against so many food regulations.

Had a hankering for Burger King fries so I just got some to go after dinner at another location. The drive thru gentleman was super nice and the fries were fresh and hot just as I asked for. Cannot comment on the atmosphere since I did not go inside. Four stars for now.

I went to the burger king by louards hospital. We got 4 whopper juniors. It was ok except I ordered two with heavy mustard pickles and ketchup. And I asked for a pack of mustard bc it’s usually my experience i just like more. It had plenty ketchup but they only put heavy pickles on one of my sandwiches, and just gave me packs of ketchup no mustard and no napkins. The extra sauce I can live without but no napkins?? We we’re ordering from the drive thru. So I didn’t realize they didn’t put napkins in their until we were ling gone. They was nice though and quick. I usually prefer the Southside location, but we wasn’t going that way.

This BK gets 4 stars , simply because they put a DINING ROOM sign on their front door informing busy patrons as to weather the dining room is accepting orders! SMART!

huge props to the manager! I was in the drive-thru 2 days ago and a gal in front of me was going to order and was told to wait a moment. An old man behind me decided to get out of his car and scream at her thinking she was holding up the line. they fought back and forth for a while, and the old man was just being so obnoxious and rude to her. he got out of his car again and she ended up pulling out of the drive thru to go inside, which i dont blame her, he was out of control. When i got to the window they were discussing the yelling they heard and the woman who came inside for her drive thru order. I explained it was the man behind me who was causing a scene and being awful. The manager, whoever he was, mentioned to his coworker that he would deal with the guy. I wished him luck, got my food and moved before the old man yelled at me! I don’t know what they did, if they refused service or told him off, but good on that manager for standing up for a customer. It was not his responsibility but it was a great thing to see! I told the old man to act his age, hopefully he grows up. The food was delicious too, thanks!
