I didn’t get asked about if my sandwich should be toasted, and when I mentioned it they refused to toast it because it was already wrapped. The employees need to ask how you’d like your sandwich, instead of just stand there looking zoned out. I spent $21 on a sandwich Im going to give to my coworker now because it’s nothing like I expected. I won’t be returning

Went in hoping to get a toasted sandwich because that’s what was advertised. The lady told me working she can’t do toasted sandwiches when I see the toaster sitting right behind her. Terrible customer service. Shouldn’t be advertising something you’re not offering.

More like freaky slow. Why would you have to call an Uber to delivery to a location that is least than .3 miles. You could have just walked it over and it would have been faster.

Another screwed up order. No customers in the store. Not like you have that much to do. Just read the order details and make the sandwich accordingly. Maybe if the staff weren’t so busy on their phones, they would actually do their jobs. I weep for the future.

High praise for the store manager, Kara and her team! I love this location. My order has always been done swiftly and correctly.
I order in person or over the phone once a week. I look forward to interacting with the staff at the Sammamish Jimmy John’s every time I go in.
I also benefit from being in their delivery zone and all the delivery drivers are super friendly, respectful and fast.
I have seen some customers being unkind to the employees and they always handle the situation well and with grace. I have even seen other customers speak up and backup the JJs team in these situations.
The manager Kara has built a cohesive team that works well together and seems like they genuinely enjoy going to work which means customers, like me leave the store feeling good and wanting to come back.
I wish the Sammamish customer base was reliable enough to provide consistent business so this store could have longer opening hours.

Depending upon the crew behind the counter, I’ve seen them be “freaky fast” (sandwiches ready as we pay before we walk to the end of the counter), or take a few minutes. I’ve had custom orders be wrong on more than one occasion, so usually keep an eye on things now. Overall great vibe, friendly staff, and good tunes playing.

While the food quality is fairly consistent, I seem to have about a 50/50 chance of being able to order food online from this location. Half of the time it’ll say that either online ordering isn’t available or that the location is closed, despite being within their normal business hours and not anywhere near their closing time.
