I went to this establishment expecting to enjoy the advertised game and drinks. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the flyer promoting $5 Hennessy drinks was a misprint, and I was asked to pay double the advertised price at $10. Additionally, the pasta dish I ordered was excessively oily, and the manager dismissed my concern, insisting it was butter and refusing to take any action.

I called ahead to confirm availability, as I planned to visit with friends for cocktails and food. I spoke with a staff member who informed me that the business would be open at 5:00 p.m. and that happy hour was being offered. When my friends and I arrived shortly after 5:00 p.m., we observed cars in the parking lot, but the door was locked. Although someone inside the establishment saw us standing outside in the cold, we were ignored.
Given the many other establishments in the area that provide far better customer service, I will not be returning.

I love my first day experience there . I talk with someone and was told that you had a party special. I came back to talk to the manage because I wanted to have a party and put a down payment down which I was told to do when I called. I left my name and number no one has called me back . The food was good and i like the service both times I went . Not sure if I will have my party there because of the lack of communication.

The food was excellent the bartender was not friendly customer service is poor we wait over an hour for our food…ask the waitress about our food she said they were a bar & grill not a restaurant…if your serving food or drinks customer service should be on point to be a new establishment…I tried to stop the owner to complain about the service he keep walking as if he didn’t notice me!!! Okay I tried to support a black own business in the hood but I guess the hood follows the business!!! After getting my food it was good but step your game up on the customer service!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience while at Dee-Dee’s… 1st of all our bartender Niecey was very attentive to my party as I was there. Not only was she attentive to my party, but she was also mobile in moving from behind the bar to serve what appeared to be regulars there. Despite serving multiple parties Niecey did so effortlessly and with a smile on her face the entire night. As for the food I had the wings and jerk chicken egg rolls and both were a hit. 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely be back again as this place is a good atmosphere to watch football at. No Riif-Raff as security is on point but both food and drinks were phenomenal!!!

Didn’t have specials during the game and were out of salmon. To not have any drink and/or food specials during the game seemed very unusual. That made me say I wouldn’t return as the whole season I went other places and everyone always had specials during the game.

The first time i went the service was good and catfish was pretty good. Second time i went, i wanted to place a 2 go order. It was busy and there was one bartender. I sat down at the bar, looked the bartender in the eyes, smiled but then she turned her head and walked away. I sat for 15 minutes and she didn’t even speak or give me a menu. She never acknowledged me. I ended up leaving. This bartender was an older lady. Really a shame.

My cousin and I were there on Sunday November 2, 2025. We got there about a little after 4. We walked in and sat at the bar, The bartender that was on at the time never acknowledged us, never looked in our direction or even said hello. She only took care of the men. She didn’t even speak to us. We sat there for at least 10 minutes, it wasn’t until my said said “what are we invisible here” and the fake manager lady heard her and says to my cousin “ have you been helped” my cousin says to her no and we’ve been here for quite some time. My lemon drop was awful. I won’t ever go back as long as the rude girl is there. She had a ponytail with a black baseball cap on with glasses on. Customer service sucks.

The bar atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. I love the fact that the owner mingles with the customers. The kitchen staff even comes out to see if you’d like anything. The menu is reasonable, served fresh and hot. My only complaint was that Barmaid could’ve been a bit more friendly and efficient. I won’t post her name, but she’s known for not being so pleasant. Otherwise, EXCELLENT SPOT!!!
