My husband and I had our reception at EBC Little Valley in June. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we knew it would be our venue. The space is beautiful and gives you another option if you aren’t interested in any of the venue locations in downtown Ellicottville.
Hannah made our planning seamless and is a huge reason it was successful. We loved working with her.
The chef helped us customize a menu and the food was fantastic.
The service from all the staff was incredible.
I had the best night of my life thanks to the team at EBC Little Valley.

Stopped for lunch, kiddos enjoyed the pepperoni and we had the supreme !! We were greeted well, service was exceptional !! Very accommodating to one in our party with a shellfish allergy. Very CLEAN throughout including the washrooms. Our 4 legged family member was also welcome !!! Thanks EBC !!! Will be back !!!

Drove here for a late lunch today. The building is beautiful and immaculate. Love the multiple garage doors. This will be so amazing in warmer weather. Our food was delicious. Such a light, tasty crust on the pizza. The service was great. Only disappointment – worst margarita I’ve ever had. But, it’s a brewery, so suggest sticking to the delicious beer. We took a dessert pizza to-go home with us but I had to take one bite while it was hot. Soooo yummy.

Definitely wouldn’t go there again for the food choices. Beef on Weck sliders were sparingly chunked slices of thin beef. The menu was very limited and not really dinner meal food. The property on the other hand was very aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Service was good. Good place to go sit in warm weather and have a few drinks.

Wish I went to Bear Brick instead.
Beef on wick pizza tasted like the wet bread of a bad cold cut sandwich, like the whole pizza no texture no flavor other then white wet bread, nothing like beef on wick. The meat was not right, and no horse radish sauce .
Also the pizza was 70% crust
The burger and fries are good. Really Good fries. But about the same size as a Wendie’s small.
do not order the Strawberry pizza desert. Again 80% crust (see photo)
But just before we leave they bring use another dish Which we did not order.(strangely 15min after our desert we ordered if we order it at the same time they should have brought it out at the same time, it was easier and quicker to make then the strawberry pizza).
The waiter was nice outside of this mistake.(but now thinking about it she did mishear everything we said when ordering *shrugs.)ex By partner did not want to confront them about this, even though we got billed on the receipt for it.
Got a whole flight sampler nothing great, very drinkable they all tasted like flavor additives to the same base Vienna lager. But the black jack stout was best.

Beautiful brewery. Our bartender was awesome. Food was great. Big selection of EBC beers. I really liked the pizza. Prices normal for a brewery. Will definitely return.

I am so excited for this new spot in Little Valley! EBC has created a great space with a fun, and more importantly – super tasty – menu! We spend a lot of time in the area for skiing and mountain biking so to have a new place close by is very exciting. I visited on opening night and I will be back for sure. Great service, great food, and a top notch ambience!
