Good restaurant for a small town. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is excellent.
Pricing is a little less than average.
Homemade Salsa has a nice kick.
Thank you for being an Oasis in the corn fields.

I am changing my initial review as we experienced bad service several times now. Today they brought our food on a single plate to share between two grown men. Seriously, why would you do this? Both of us lost our appetites. Do not order the steak unless you enjoy rubber and chewing excessively. Manager never offers to replace the meal or compensate for a little for bad food.

Delightful! There’s a menu with a huge selection & you get to choose corn or flour tortilla, mild, medium or spicy or cheese sauce & several different meats.
Service was excellent and atmosphere was very pleasant! We’ve stopped at several places in Alliance and hands down this is where you want to go!

Was told this was a great place for Mexican years ago, and they’ve held true. Their sauces are the BEST toppings : Verde (green), Colorado (red), and a creamy Queso. They do the basics excellenté, that most gloss over, like rice, beans, and guac. Tasty, yet not too spicy, except for hot n’ yummy salsa! Shredded Beef stuffed Chili Relleno con Queso did not disappoint.

Good food! Great margaritas too, and the service was good. A fun atmosphere. I love that they have various sizes of combo plates, so you can choose depending on your appetite.

I had the moderate size #2 combo with tamale, enchilada, taco, rice and beans. Not spicy (it is Nebraska ), but tasty. Good sized portions. Not the best I’ve ever had, but better than many places. Crowded, so the locals clearly like it. A couple birthday parties while there (with off key, enthusiatic singing). The waiter was pleasant, but a bit high on life – overly loud and enthusiastic for my taste.

Alliance is fortunate to have such a Mexican Restaurant serving authentic meals and we know it. A very popular place with fine decor and atmosphere, excellent food and fine service. You won’t leave the restaurant hungry either! Worth every centavo and then some. Always a pleasant experience here through the years, for quality knows no substitution. This eatery is but one of a small chain of restaurants by the same name located in several states though this one is a standout in my estimation, one of the best of the best if not the very best. May they live long and prosper.
