We finally found a good Indian place in Everett! We’ve been looking for an Indian place for a looong time. We’ve tried multiple places and they just weren’t it. This place is it. We live near by and have been to the Mexican place next to it multiple times. Today we decided to try out 5 rivers and we’re so happy we did. The food was so fresh and full of flavor, the staff was all very nice and attentive, and the place was busy! I got the chicken tikka masala but I heard lots of people order a lamb dish. I have to check that out next time. The had huge portions my wife and I had to take left overs home. I’ll have to come back more often now that we know it’s this good!

5 Rivers Indian Cuisine is a nice casual laid-back Indian restaurant that features flavorful dishes served by friendly staff. The curry was flavorful and had tender chicken in it along with plenty of rice. The restaurant also features a small bar as well. The parking lot is shared with many other businesses so it can be a little cramped so you might have to park down below the restaurant and walk up to it.

We ordered delivery from DD. The food arrived in time. It was well packaged. A star just for this.
The issue is the inconsistency of the taste. We ordered keema naan, chicken tikka masala and Paneer pakoras. The keema naan was delicious. The paneer pakoras were the usual way. But the chicken tikka masala was horrible. The chicken pieces were cube shaped, almost like machine cut frozen chicken and the sauce was sweet. I mean how is the chicken perfect cube?? Shouldn’t the tikkas irregular shaped with charred ends from the tandoor??
It was anything but tikka masala. It felt like frozen store bought tikka masala just thawed, microwaved and served.
How is it that you make naan perfect but the tikka masala bad?
Would not recommend this place.

I hear it is popular for takeout, but the dining room is open! The portions were huge, but we finished it all because it was SO good. The service was great. They answered our questions, made recommendation and several memberd of family checked on us. Not only can you get a very reasonably priced delicious meal, but you can support a family owned small business with great service. Win. Win. Recommend!

My cousin recommended this spot to try and with their new renovations, it was such a great first experience. It’s a family based business and you can tell they put a lot of care into their dishes. We ordered the butter chicken, shrimp madras chili, roti, garlic Naan, baba ganoush. All tasted great and we got full with 3 people. I recommend giving this spot a try if looking for a new indian spot.

Finally got around to coming here and the food was sooooooo good. Especially the dish I ordered “‘coconut curry chicken.” I love that you can choose the spicy level and I love spicy food so it was perfect at level 4. Will definitely be coming back with my friends. The kindness of the owners and the atmosphere of cozy vibes was the cherry on top.
