I ordered a gingerbread oatmilk chai this evening. It was absolutely delicious – the cold foam was smooth and creamy. However, although the Starbucks wasn’t too crowded, it took almost 15 minutes for my drink to be prepared. Not impressed with the speed.

They got my order wrong 2 times on 2 diffrent occasions then I get attitude from the drive through worker about her not listing after they messed it up the first time I ordered a venti both times and got handed a grande both time. Then she said it’s your fault your messing up my drive through times. I’m sorry you didn’t understand me 3 times that was very unprofessional

The worst Starbucks ever. I ordered a Dragon Drink with ice and another without ice. I waited for my order for about 10 minutes. The drink I asked for without ice they made with ice. I asked to make it without ice. They did. But the drink was not well mixed, looked layered and tasted very very sweet. When I asked to make it again, the barista refused, saying that they could not because they used a good dose. But the drink did not taste good because I had tasted another Dragon Drink and it tasted good.

I ordered a cold brew with light salted cold foam. This is all foam. Also, it’s warm foam. Further, they put too much vanilla in it (I didn’t ask for vanilla). It wasn’t drinkable but I didn’t have time to wait for another to be made. Also, go through the drive thru. I went inside and they solely focused on mobile orders and the drive thru although I was the only customer in the lobby. They also had two individuals standing around not doing anything.

Twinsburg is absolutely the worst Starbucks in this area. I always order a venti black tea lemonade. One of the simplest drinks they have. Its wrong every time. The one I ordered yesterday was completely watered down with NO tea whatsoever. I took it back and the second one was no better. The recipes are proportioned with lines on the cups for consistency and accuracy. They just dump in as much or as little as they “feel” is good. I don’t know if it is a training issue or the tea/lemonade they make is weak but regardless, I’m done with this location. I have given them sooo many chances. I don’t mind paying the premium price but I do expect a good beverage consistently.

This visit cemented the fact that I won’t be giving Starbucks any more of my money. I waited 10 minutes for an iced green tea lemonade that takes 2 minutes to make. They were dead as far as customers go. When one of their fellow employees walked in they had his iced drink ready in less than a minute. 3 employees were talking in the corner. One was taking orders/doing drive-thru and the last was making drinks. They put my drink in the drive-thru area and left it there. Finally, the drive-thru employee walked it over and asked if it was mine while I waited and said nothing. I am much happier to support small business – I have had Starbucks twice in over 12 months, but I will gladly go out of my way/pay more for better quality coffee/tea and customer service.

Just had to give 5 stars to the lady who helped me at the window. Not to point her out for this feature but she has blue hair. I didn’t see her name tag because I was taking my items and then giving something in return. She really did have a genuine kindness to asking me about my day and helping me, I just had to point that out. Great service . The bacon and sausage wrap was very good too.

I pre-ordered on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick up. Literally 3 cars in front of me and it took almost 15 minutes to get to the window. My drink was a quad white mocha iced venti and it looked like a very very light tan color. The Lime Coconut bars are extremely small, $3.25 each and boy oh boy if I’m being generous push the icing down over the side and you might have been a 2 x 2 square. $15.00 for drink and 2 bars, lol thought I was getting one for later…..

We all know Starbucks and their services offered, what makes each location stand out is the baristas and quality of the products made. This is one of the best that I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, products made the same as advertised and they go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied.
