I went to grab sandwiches with my boyfriend, and both of them were made wrong. We didn’t realize until we got all the way home, and mine was especially bad. I ordered a veggie sub and it came loaded with bacon.
I called the restaurant to ask if they could remake the sandwiches, and the person on the phone had to check with the manager, who already sounded hesitant even though the order was clearly incorrect. When we went back in, the manager never apologized and refused to speak to us directly. Instead, she asked questions through the employee who was making our sandwiches. When I mentioned that the other sandwich was also wrong, she just stood in the back shaking her head. She even yelled from the back of the restaurant, without coming out, that she wasn’t remaking one of the sandwiches. A really kind young employee, who wasn’t even a manager, handled the situation far more professionally than she did. My boyfriend ended up just eating his sandwich because he didn’t want to deal with it, but I had already driven all the way back. Overall, the service was extremely frustrating, especially from a so-called manager. I don’t recommend going to this Jersey Mike’s. Also grabbed the pic of the manger from someone else’s review.

This location is freakin aweseome! Their team is great! They’re always so friendly, and cater to their customers. Jack is great! He took care of us last night when we came in for dinner. Sandwich’s were soo good we went back for lunch today. I was greater by a very nice young lady, I believe her name started with an S. She was so nice and helpful! The MVP today was Nathan. So kind and helpful! We were trying a viral sand-which and without hesitation he knew what it was and was even teaching his team so they can better help us next time (yes it was that good!!!)! We only come to this location because the staff is great and the sammies are out of this world!! Thanks again JMS team, you guys are rock!

I used to work for Jersey mikes before and haven’t had one of their Phillies in a long time. I knew it was close to their closing time but wouldn’t think they would deny making me a hot sub 30 minutes before closing. The gentleman went over to put in the order with the female on shift and came to me saying the grill was closed and that he could only make me a cold sub! I knew that they probably weren’t busy for a bit since they are in a more enclosures location, but I’m left very disappointed that I wasn’t able to be served because the employee didn’t want to have to clean the grill. I was looking forward to having a philly cheesesteak but overall dissatisfied with how the company has changed with their customer service.

I thought I was going to have a nice relaxed Christmas. That definitely didn’t happen. I put in an order for a catering box well ahead of time to be picked up on Christmas Eve. The food was for Christmas day so I specifically requested the sandwiches have nothing put on them at all. Meat, cheese, bread and have the extras on the side. I was told this would be no problem. Picked up my order today and the sandwiches were already soggy like they had been made many hours before pick up time with everything on them except mustard/mayo. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this till I got home. I do not have time for this to fixed as I have reservations for my anniversary dinner tonight. So, long story short, I have to go to Safeway to buy sandwich ingredients and make sandwiches tomorrow. I spent over a $100 dollars that just got tossed in the trash.

I had a doordash order to pick up here, and after delivering it decided to go back and get my own lunch from there because it looked so good lol. The 2 gals that helped were unbelievably nice‐ you couldn’t ask for better customer service. I wish I had checked their names so that I could give them proper credit on here. The food was tasty as well! Glad I decided to head back!

Missing ingredients on my sandwich with a note in the bag. Didn’t call me to verify i still wanted it. It’s missing lettuce, onion, oregano, and its on the wrong bread. I would of rather them not make it and not spend 20 dollars on that and a root beer.

Took my gf there for her first time. I announced it and said give her all the info. The gentleman behind the counter went through all her choices and was amazing. Great service, Sammy’s were delicious!!!

I am leaving another bad review because it has been many months, and Nate has refused to right his wrong. I left a review before (Alex Church) and he responded telling me to email him. I did and he refused to let me show up and get my order and experience fixed and instead insisted on me giving him a bunch of my personal information including my address and phone number. Should be easy to just let a store know that I get a gift card or free sub or something like he falsely promised. If Nate still runs these Jersey Mike’s know youre supporting a lazy scam artist.
