AMAZING!!!! Started off with chips and salsa and a taco salad. The taco salad was so full of meat and fresh guacamole and sour creme, complimenting the lettuce, tomato and scooped up with the flaky crispy taco bowl shell.
Steak and chicken fajitas sizzled to the table, were juicy, flavorful, muy Buenos!
Sacramento Combination platter was piled high. The salsa sour creme lettice tomato added to the chile relleno and each bite got better and better.
Topped it off with sopapillas, dripping with honey and cinnamon, paired with ice cream for a delectable finale.
The atmosphere was warm, elegant, clean, fantastic service! Brian gave phenomenal recommendations.
Food so good I had the energy to shout it from the parking lot snow mountain top!

Fantastic overall. Service was prompt and accommodating. Time between order and food arriving was perfect. Water and Drink refills were on the spot. The food was great quality full of taste you’d expect. The resturant design is well done, the air is kept a little on the cool side. Will be returning.

The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly, and parking was plentiful thanks to its location in a convenient strip mall. The service was fantastic too — friendly, attentive, and happy to bring extras without hesitation.
If you’re in the area and craving Tex-Mex, Sol Azteca is definitely worth checking out!

I frequently ordered take out from here (specifically the fajitas). In a recent order I noticed the amount of protein (steak/chicken) in the entrees was significantly reduced. I passed it off as a one time occurrence, until I ordered again and noticed the same issue. Their prices have not changed. Note to management: if you skimp on your product to help your margins, you lose in the end. You lose customers all together. Tonight I was craving fajitas and decided to order from Aye Jalisco in Gaithersburg. I had to drive a little further (I live in Olney), but the fajitas had double the amount of protein than my recent Sol Azteca order, and was a little cheaper! And it was delicious! Looks like I’m done with Sol Azteca.

This place wins in atmosphere and their service was great. Their food was fresh but incredibly bland, unseasoned, and catered to a no-spice palate. There was NO seasoning in my fajita dish, soup, or entree dish. Not salt or pepper. The only memorable item was the homemade pepper sauce that was provided upon request. The meal was wildly overpriced and worthy of never retuning again. We found this place while driving home and won’t make the same mistake again. I’ll head to Gaithersburg for tasty well seasoned and appropriately priced tex-mex or Mexican food next time.

No frills Tex-Mex that’s fantastic for a relaxed night out for dinner. I had a fantastic meal of Chilean Sea Bass smothered with shrimp, tomatoes, onions and green peppers in a cream based sauce. I highly recommend that over the tomato based sauce they offer the fish dishes with. The other thing one needs is the homemade habanero sauce. Gotta ask for it if you’re into adding some good spice to your meal. This is a perfect restaurant to service this area. Will definitely come back to try more dishes.

Great food and very fast and friendly service, definitely my favorite mexican food spot to go to in the Olney area. The restaurant has a very chill vibe, and is suitable for parties of all sizes, with booths along the outside of the main dining room, longer tables that fit larger groups throguh the middle, and even a small bar area with some tv’s on the opposite side of the restaurant. Food comes out delicious and quick, and any dish you get will be flavorful.

We ordered a Mojito and Mexican soda. Mojito was strong but served in a small glass with lot of ice. Ordered the second glass with less ice and it was perfect. Recommend anyone to do so. Then we ordered a dish of chicken enchilada and shrimp & chicken Fajita. Both were perfect. Better than most of Mexican restaurants we have visited. Portion was huge. Served us within 5 mins of placing the order. Staff was really friendly and nice. They check with us every 5 mins or so. They have a bar as well. plenty of parking available right infront.
