Had to pull up and wait for our food because it was coming off the broiler at least that’s what we were told! I went to get my burger and I could feel the cold from the wrapper! There was no way that it had just came out of the broiler! The gravy was all but frozen!!!

Tonight I felt like having a small burger and chose Hardee’s. I was so impressed with the food and customer service…outstanding! I would like to recognize the young lady at the pick up window named Allegro. Thank you for putting a smile on my face and for treating my husband and I with kindness and respect. The cashier was about as unfriendly and unwelcoming that you could be. No smile, no greeting and no thank you at the end. The burger came on a hard bun and was slightly warm. Hardee’s used to be my favorite burger but that ship has LONG since sailed. The young store manager was pleasant to deal with. I drove out of my way to come here….that’s a mistake that I will not be repeating in the future!!!

I just went to this hardees and got home to eat and I had ordered the $5.99 bag deal that had 2 double cheeseburgers,well im pretty sure they gave me burger that have been sitting there for who knows how long that they were so dry and very hard to eat. They were nasty! Not pleased with that hardees at all.

Every single time we come through here it’s a problem and it is a shame it’s one of the only places in roseboro. But to categorize this Hardee’s as “fast food” is crazy!! I placed an online order at 10:14. It said it would be ready at 10:21. Knowing this location I didn’t get there until 10:25…..and STILL had to be pulled. And on top of everything what’s the point on having a reviews if no one is going to fix the issue……. This location has struggled significantly and it shows. Also… I didn’t get the food until 10:38 ….. from 10:14am!!!!! When asking the person who brought the food out to me what was taking so long… her response was “i don’t know I just bring people food” and just walked away…. RIDICULOUS

Early Friday morning, May 30, 2025. I just witnessed a man in wheelchair told by staff he couldn’t be inside. They told him to go outside after he gets his breakfast order. SHAMEFUL is an understatement. It is raining and he has to eat breakfast in the rain! Hardees has the coffee lids up so high, he had to get help to get s lid. Pissed off to no end!

Food quality has gone down over the past couple of weeks. Went by to get my kids some food last Sat night around 7pm and they were closed. Need to change dry oil more often. Future of this store does not look good.
