Slowest fast food at the lake. At least this time it wasn’t cold, we had to wait for it to finish cooking! But it was WAY over cooked! All that money and the food isn’t even edible! After removing the overcooked chewy skin, I found the chicken was cooked until it was jerky! And then printer doesn’t work, so I don’t have a receipt! Friendly YES, good at the job, no.

Thank You Taco Bell of GBC. If it was not for your management that does not care, rude employees and bad service and food quality. I would have never found Taco Casa right down the road. Their Super Nachos is three times the quanity of food (real meat, real cheese, real corn chips, choice of sauce) for less money per serving. Like me, if your customers try Taco Casa they will never come back to TB. You better hope the do not try the burritos, tacos or other quanity, Their food quality, quanity, and service kick your backside. Come out of the TB rutt and give Taco Casa a try. We bet you will like it.

Ordered online and specifically added beef to the cheesy potatoes, and turns out there wasn’t any… I paid extra for something I didn’t even get. Every time I come here they forget something off my order while it’s small or big. If I’m paying you PLEASE make sure I get what I PAID for. This is ridiculous, every time????

Don’t order online. They rarely get the order right and there’s nothing you can do when they mess up your order other than get maybe a coupon for the app. I don’t want a coupon. I want the drink you forgot. Or I want the items that aren’t supposed to have lettuce to not arrive heaping with lettuce.

If you place an order on the app, they make it once the drive thru isn’t busy. Even if that’s 3 hours later. So don’t even bother with the app. Customer service? ABSOLUTE TRASH! I went here last year and got food poisoning as well as my family, thought it has been a while so I’d go back… WRONG. They are even worse. Glad it went down this way though because I can’t even imagine how the food would have been… I’d travel a town over if you want Taco Bell that bad. It’s not worth going here, and that’s from multiple experiences from my family and I. Also, if you ever need a refund, just go ahead and except the defeat unless you wanna sit on the phone with corporate for 4 hours. (Although they were WAY nicer than yall)

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!!!
Food taste the same as any other location, but the food is consistent and service is exceptional. Since Taco Bell went to the “iPad only, no counter ordering” model, I’ve walked into other Taco Bells and am disappointed because I feel ignored and have to do all the work. However, this location greets, assists with ordering for others that are less comfortable with the iPad, and cleanliness is a priority.

Horrible service. Line backed up 10+. When I get my food there is literally 7 pieces of steak pilled with lettuce and cheese. I know it’s just $5 but come on? This taco bell is just going down hill I’ll drive to kaufman next time I want taco bell cause this location is garbage.
