Service was great. The vibe was great and the food was good. I ordered the taco salad with steak and the presentation and size was great. Delicious and fresh, but something on it was VERY SALTY. Too much salt. At some point I had to stop eating it and take it to home as a left lover and mix it up with something else. But! It’s a good place to eat and huge menu with a lot of options. I would be great if you include pozole!

We came during the snowpacolypse and they stayed open to serve us. Alfonso (fonsi) was the very best waiter and told us at the end that he made our food from scratch. Get the steak chimichangas and ACP! We will be back!

My wife and I went for dinner this evening. We’ve been dissatisfied with our usual Mexican restaurant recently and tried Pancho’s because we were shopping in the vicinity. We were very pleasantly surprised. No wait on Saturday night. Very friendly attentive service. The food was very good and clearly freshly prepared. A little under seasoned but still tasty. Only complaint is the portions were too big! I liked the mix of patrons – seems like a great family place. Seems we’ve found a new Mexican restaurant favorite!

I’m always on the hunt for some good Mexican food and Pancho’s provided just that! We came in for lunch and the prices and portions were incredibly reasonable. I was happy to see that my favorite order, chicken taquitos with rice and beans, was on the lunch menu. Everything on my plate was delicious and I can’t wait to go back again!

The music was a little loud but then the crowd that was there also was not quiet. So it is hard to have conversation there but the food and the service is very welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely highly recommend this place if your main focus is to eat and not have a great conversation without interruption.

Good food. Quality sometimes a bit inconsistent, but always tasty. The staff is always nice and helpful. When it’s busy it can feel cramped due to small space and close proximity to others.

Visited for dinner just now. This is the second time I am visiting this place. I had the taco salad fajita and chicken with rice. Lot of people of all groups showed up here while we were there. Food was tasty and portions were good.

Hands-down, the best Mexican restaurant in Franklin. If there were 10 stars, I would give them 100. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 25 years and I have never been disappointed in neither the food nor the service. Alfonso and his crew are top notch and serve the most delicious Mexican food in the area, if you’re in the Franklin area I highly recommend you stop by and grab a margarita and some chips and salsa and maybe even try the molcajete, you’ll love it

This restaurant is located in a strip mall with ample parking. Entered to a warm welcome and seated quickly. Ordered drinks and food and received them in a timely manner. I ordered a mocaheta and it was cold and under seasoned. The salsas were watery too. Great staff but food needs a little boost.
