Came in here today with my friend we were rudely greeted and rushed when making our bowls. The lady at the desk mumbles when she talks and stares you down when she’s not staring down at her phone. No eye contact made and felt very weird vibes. When I asked for my vinaigrette they rolled their eyes and I had to ask twice. As a lover of chipotle I am so sad and my friend maddie is even sadder! Also no ice in the ice machine??? I wanted a cold Bev. Also dirty tables but I see in the other reviews you like to close early?? Seems like you’re in a rush to get out of there but no one made you work here. Guac was fire tho!

So I came for dinner had a busy day, so I order double chicken and the guy put one regular scoop added by a half and I just look at him and told him it’s double chicken and grab a lil more chicken I told thats double chickeb he was like yeh so then I responded I’m not going to fight with you, so I kept with my order, and I open the burrito and I have post it open so does that look like double chicken and FYI I used to work at Chipotle back in the day and this is not double chicken

I usually get online orders for pick up and it’s always ready on time which is great because I can just grab my food and go. The taste is good but not authentic Mexican food but what can you expect from a fast food restaurant. Their bowls are a hit or miss sometimes it’s great sometimes it’s not so good with the rice being hard.

It is good. But they always run out of chips. Plus, during the weekends they run out everything very early. The employees are nice but the place is duty I understand gets busy but it needs more minding. Plus, get this the quesadillas need to order by email. I thought the quesadillas were been made in a different location and brought in, but no. The quesadillas are made in same place they just have to be order by email. Tell me, if this isn’t idiotic, just to say it, is stupid. How can they do it and even ask customers to put up with this STUPIDITY. I wonder if customers actually do it. Are the quesadillas so control, that there has to be written consent to make one, or are they are so difficult to make that they have to read the order to get it RIGHT. So many questions that come from if you want to eat a quesadilla in a Mexican restaurant EMAIL your order, So idiotic to say the least.

So I’ve been here on several occasions after 8 pm and unfortunately I don’t feel that the service is all that great… at that time of night, maybe they’re tired from the earlier days work? They always look like they’re ready to close shop because they’re cleaning and mopping, chairs on the table etc, on two occasions I was told you can only order to go (which I was doing anyway eventhough it was pouring rain outside) some items are not available, or limited like sour cream or lettuce as an example. I wouldn’t suggest going at the later hours unless you really need to. In my case, I was really hungry and really love their burritos, but if there was another one nearby, I would have gone there instead!

Filthy tables. Every single juice was empty. Soda fountain’s pumping out soda water with no syrup. No brown rice or soft taco wraps for the children’s menu meal.

I literally just walked into the door at 9:07pm. Mind you the store closes at 11. As soon as I walk in I see that the chairs are up and they are cleaning. I was met with hostile behavior from the staff. I understand if you are cleaning up but how can you treat your customers like this. This location is in the mall, how can you run out of stuff before the store even closes. I did not need those disrespectful words being thrown at me as soon as I walk in. I hope the employee who was sweeping gets disciplined or dismissed on this matter. No other chipotle location closes this early.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I walked in after work but wayyyy before they closed around 7:30pm. I asked for a simple quesadilla and they told me they don’t do it at this location? I have ordered here in the past, but i usually do a mobile order due to time and it’s never been an issue. It was dirty and they had the door locked already as if it was closed. When I walked in an employee went straight to the back instead of greeting or asking if I needed help. Definitely needs better supervision.
