Literally just had a party for my MIL here. When I say AMAZING! AMAZING! Top tier, very accommodating & I mean that.
We were set up with an amazing party room that had tables, chairs & they had them covered. They allowed me to move the tables & chairs around, decorated 2hrs prior to the event.
The service was amazing. Constantly checking on us to make sure we were good, someone was always available within reach to assist us!
The FOOD!! Listen or don’t! But everything was amazing.
Don’t sleep on this place!!
I’d definitely recommend! This is where we will be at from now on.

Super Sloooow service, the place was empty three employees looked at us and ignored us. Menu isn’t exciting at all. Looks pretty, but looks won’t keep you going for long….. when we finally got a server, the deluxe pizza arrived fast and was crispy and very good as was the chicken club. The seasoned fries were a nice touch. The waitress needs lessons on what beers are on tap and what alcohol is available. Country music seems a strange choice but I enjoyed it can’t say others did.

I never write reviews, but I’m so disappointed. Food is bland, forgot my sauces on the side never put the order in so my boyfriend had to wait even longer then he should have. lady he dealt with had an attitude because he didn’t tip after all the nonsense and just all around trash. Not that it matters, but I’ll never be back and do not recommend. I’ve been in the service industry for 15 years and a resident of Euclid my whole life, I’ve had better food from the gas station across the street.

First time trying I called in an order. I ordered wings but was not asked how many which confirmed my assumption that there was only one option since the menu didn’t specify different quantities either. Go pick up the food and was given 10 wings when there were options of 6 and 10, did not receive fries with my burger as requested and all of the food was very bland and tasteless. There’s room for improvement in the kitchen and also for customer service.
The place looks pretty and like it could be fun but the kinks need to be worked out.

I’ve tried this restaurant three times. First time my son an I sat at the bar and the apps were good mains came out about 20 minutes after continuous asking about the wrap and continuously being told it was coming and I only ordered a chicken wrap. Which needs some chicken in it. But they did take it off my bill as well. Second time I came alone and sat a bar and ordered a mozzarella sticks which came out in about 20 minutes as well. And the third and final time my son and I sat in a booth to see if the experience would be different, and it was. We ordered apps and two mains, and we finished our mains asked for the check and then they brought out the apps, totally forgot but the did take the off the bill. Nice looking place but need to work out the service issues.

It’s always too good to be true. Came up here 2 nights and enjoyed my beers, atmosphere, and most of all the FOOD! Specifically the corned beef wrap. It was so good, I recommended it to a family member. I came in today to place an order for them to try it and came back to pick it up, only to find out they gave me a sandwich instead of the wrap. They said they could remake it into a wrap within minutes, but I also specified when I originally placed the order that I CANNOT have tomatoes in my wrap as I have an allergy. Got half way down the street and realized the wrap is LOADED with tomatoes. It’s not the bartenders fault, it’s the kitchens fault because I watched her write on the ticket NO TOMATOES.
She was also the only one that apologized. The manager and owner walked right past me and not once apologized for the double screw up. Had they done that, I would’ve waited for a remake and/or been a little more lenient with my review. But they didn’t. I got my refund and left, probably won’t be back again.
