I LOVE Dos Vaqueros. My go to, I have it 2 times a week. Today I’m very disappointed. I ordered 5 tacos. The tacos came on top of each other. Which means the bottom taco has half the meat. I tried putting some of the top tacos meat on the other one. It didn’t fill either of them up.
Also I asked for the taco de trip to be soft and not too crispy. The was super crispy. To the point it tasted burnt.
I’ll be back but for the quesadilla de Asada. My go to.

The people were really nice and welcoming which is why I was a little disappointed honestly with the food. I ordered carne asada fries which you can’t go wrong with right? Well or so I thought, this place is starting to seem more like Filiberto’s and it was my first time coming here. The fries were soggy the meat was dry the cheese looked and tasted a little stale and old and the worst part was that there was a hair in my food! I can’t make this up ♀️ i took my daughter here after her game because she did so well and it wad very disappointing, she went home with an upset tummy!!!

Drive up or walk up only it looks like. I have been 2 or 3 times and they are very friendly! I get a bean rice and cheese burrito deep-fried and it’s inexpensive compared to other places and the enchilada sauce is good. Also the red and green salsa to put on your food is bomb as well. Green probly tasting the best and very fresh. Definitely recommend and I will definitely go back!

Vaqueros Carne Asada is a place I won’t forget; the food is delicious and the people are amazing. The young lady (cashier) is the best in the area. I come here in the morning times for the delicious breakfast burritos, I also sometimes come around evening time when I get off work for some grub. I definitely recommend this eatery to anyone and everyone that’s looking for fast, convenient, Mexican take out.

Every time that I used to order carne asada fries I ask for no guacamole but they always put it so I stopped coming here and I found this new place place called (Pacos tacos & sip) it’s on Vanburen and 40st they have good food and I recommend it to anyone looking for really good Mexican food. Ordered extra cheese, paid for extra cheese. Got home and very little cheese. Apparently the cook doesn’t know what extra cheese is. Went back the next day and told them and they said they would take care.of it.Was less cheese than the first time.This was my favorite place for Tacos. I used to get actual extra cheese. Well, that’s the last time I get food from Here. I tell them no pico or anything else. They put mountains of it. I swear I just plucked off a pile the size of Camelback Mountain. The restaurant claims they didn’t put it on there.
Why am I upset? Because I am allergic to raw onion. I puff up like a chipmunk! My cheeks swell and it gets hard to talk and eventually swallow if I have too much! But yet the restaurant didn’t do it. I guess aliens put some weird stuff on my burrito.
(Yes, I was almost in tears pulling the guacamole off. But I just had an allergic reaction last week. Can’t chance it)
