First time trying out this chain. Do not regret my choice. The woman on the phone was very kind and helpful with a question I had regarding their cheese bread. Picked up my food nearly 2 hours later and pizza was still fresh. These ingredients are high quality and the man helping me at the register when I picked up was also very professional. This chain is my new go-to when I’m craving pizza!!

Breadsticks were obviously burnt as shown in the picture. Pizza tasted decent. Received a quarter cup of sauce for the sticks which is just annoying. It’s a chain so I have hope for trying another Marco’s.

I love when I open a pizza box and it’s just pure sexiness in there. We ordered a half bell pepper/ half cheese and as always, I ordered it well done and it was not only beautiful, but cooked perfectly and with a little crushed pepper, it was the perfect bite. I also love that Marcos usually has an abundance of coupons and deals that you can choose from, so it is one of the more affordable, yet high quality pizzas you can get. I would definitely recommend this pizza to anyone and I know they also have many other entrees to choose from. Pizza Hut and Domino’s are genetically modified and disgusting compared to this. Five stars!

The sales person was helpful and she even offered the daily special which would upgrade my pizza for a better price than the small. Within 10 minutes my order was done.

Went here for the first time just to check out the menu. They ended up having pizza bowls, which I had never seen anywhere before. I like to minimize my calorie intake as much as I can so I thought it was a very creative option to have on the menu and decided to try it. I wasn’t disappointed, it was delicious, fairly priced and didn’t take long to prepare. I’ll definitely be returning again for these delicious bowls!!

I call the store to use it they can’t ring it up the coupon doesn’t work its expired I say I just got it in the mail it expires on 5/31/22 GUY CALLED ME A LIAR, then
All of sudden the guy can’t speak English, they have no one that speaks English and they hang up. Called for 20 minutes before someone answers in English, they realized it was me, no more English
My friend orders in Spanish the coupon is only online, we say how its not working, lady said its our problem hung up on us. Went to the store showed them the PHYSICAL COUPON
THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OWN CORPORATE PROMOTION

Don’t waste your time or your money. Celine, who is the person who attends/takes orders on the day of my visit, treats everyone arrogantly and disrespectfully. Ordering 3 pizzas by phone is apparently too complicated. I came to pick them up and there were only 2. When I asked for an explanation, I only received excuses and mistreatment. So I have to order the one that is missing and wait for it… no apologies at all.
There are plenty of pizza places… look up where they treat you well. The food is good but the service is unbearable. How is it possible that they put teenagers to attend a business like this????
