Went to order 4 piece tenders and small fries.. one of the lady cooks was bagging my fries, grabbed my food like nobody was watching!! No gloves just grabbed them so unsanitary. And gone ask “ how else am I supposed to grab them!! PUT SOME GLOVES ON WOMEN!!! Touched all my fries bare hands I’m not eating that so new fries. thank you.. (i did ask for fresh fries, she said they are fresh they just came up and walked off. I wasn’t even done talking to the lady). So rude! Unprofessional. Don’t be mad of what you caused.

The burger was obviously thrown together. It was soggy and the sauce was everywhere. The chicken nuggets were burnt and the fries are cold and unsalted too.

Third time in a row now they have gotten my order wrong the parking lot is shaped to where it’s hard to stop without blocking in other people trying to order. I checked to make sure my burger was playing made sure they were surprised saw the little box assuming chicken nuggets were in it got home know they gave me a large fry and a small fry instead of chicken nuggets in one of them. It was supposed to be a biggie bag meal I have tried to call 10 times over now for 30 minutes no one answers. I don’t want the rest of my food to get ruined and cold while driving all the way back up there for four chicken nuggets. Y’all could at least answer that way maybe my order could get remade another time when I’m out that way, yet no answer. And my order will never be remade. So I just have to let the $7 go. Y’all were so great for a while… The new employees not great. Everyone makes mistakes but this is a continuing problem now so I think we’re done with this location

Went to get a grilled chicken wrap ordered on the app. They still asked us to pull forward. I get home to eat my food. My whole tortilla is torn apart. I can’t even take a bite without it falling apart all over me. It’s just a little bit ridiculous. DO BETTER!

I like this particular Wendy’s my food is usually hot and fresh the only negative I can say is some of the young help there when they make a mistake they don’t need to blame it on the customer like I don’t know what I want on my cheeseburger that’s not a good way to get repeat business but I will keep going back though because the food is hot and fresh and that’s the main thing Yummy

I ordered a baked potato with bacon, cheese, and chives but they instead gave me a potato with chili and not only that, the potato was rotten in the middle. Before knowing the potato was rotten I told the employees that they gave me the wrong type of potato and asked for another and they said they didn’t have anymore so I just decided to I was going to eat the potato that they gave me only to discover the center of it was black and rotten. You can tell that they deliberately did it because the toppings were right on top of the rotten spot. Once I found out I asked for a refund and they offered me another potato which means they initially lied about not having anymore. I did get my money back though. This is one of many bad experiences I’ve had with this particular Wendy’s. They’ve lied many times and even tried to steal money and not hand me my receipt.

Went at 1:30ish one car ahead, was told i had to wait before I could place order,. Prices are obviously wrong on board outside , it said $2.39 FOR A JR BACON and $1.79 for a small fry, they said $9 and change for 2 jrs and the fry. I told the girl at the window that the sign needed to be updated she laughed and turned away. I left with the order an when I got home I realized both sandwiches were cold obviously not fresh made. I tried to call an it just rings till it cuts off. Last trip here.

Went thru drive thru. Get to window and they hand me the wrong drink. Cashier was upset over it. Coped an attitude when I asked for a receipt. I was nice & polite. Food was hit & delicious.

Ordered a Dave’s Double Combo through DoorDash. The burger was literally a bun with NOTHING in it! Called the restaurant and the manager herself told me that people order burgers all the time with nothing on the bun. I am almost positive NO ONE is going to pay FULL PRICE for a burger with NO BURGER. Unbelievable.
