Employees have zero idea of what they are doing or how to correctly take an order. Waited 10+ minutes for hash browns and two egg wraps. Didn’t even get an egg wrap got something else instead…. they were just roaming around aimlessly having fun talking to each other while not caring a singular bit about there job. Management time to step in and do your job!

As a franchise, DD’s in my opinion has it down to a science. The major differences typically centered around the staff.

I ordered some hashbrowns and they were frozen inside and as if they were all crushed, how disgusting. I ordered some bacon wake-up wraps and the bacon was half frozen. I work at a Dunkin’ Donuts and I would never give my client a breakfast like that. How disgusting and what bad service.

For a smaller, fairly busy location, this Dunks is pretty on point. I can honestly say that they make my coffee PERFECTLY 99.9% of the time, which I am extremely grateful for, because there are few things worse than starting your day off with a coffee you paid for, tasting horrible. There have been a few times where even tho I ordered with On The Go, I still waited a while for just a coffee and a donut. But that doesn’t happen often, and I am usually in and out, which is super convenient. Also, the ladies working the busy mornings are awesome and seem like they all work well together and really know what they’re doing.

They are always fresh, but that’s probably because I’m there right after they’re finished being made, lol. The staff is usually pretty friendly, I have some I really enjoy, and some others I do not.. but beyond that, it’s dunks. Some of them are horrible, and some are fantastic, and this location, in particular, is damn good. I tend to enjoy everything I get.. and maybe it’s just me, but the coffee here is just a tiny bit stronger than it is at other locations, which to me is a good thing 😉 it’s usually pretty busy there, probably alot to do with the location, but it’s always hoppin no matter what time of day it seems. Other than a couple of staff in particular being kind of grouchy some mornings, I think the place is damn decent and I would recommend this location over others in the area for sure..
