got half of my order right! Not what I ordered I ordered 4 sandwiches total 2 onion buns 2 no onion buns no red sauce at all. Knocked on the window to try to make right nobody answered! (After a long time waiting …guess I was playing come between toks) So glad you have employees that really don’t care about your store!

We were running errands last Sunday and we stopped in around 530 PM, to get a quick bite to eat.
The Employee who took our order was very nice.
The Food did not taste that great and we expected much better. I had the Mac n’ Cheese with Steak Bites and the Steak was dry and tasted like Beef Jerky, while the Pasta was mushy and slightly warm. The Meat in my Sandwich was cool and not hot like it should be and my Fries were cold. My Wife experienced the same thing.
When we got our order, we walked to the Dining Room to find a place to eat. The Floors were very sticky as we walked thru the Dining Room.
Before we got in the Vehicle, we wiped the bottom of our Shoes on the Grass, so that we could get rid of the stickiness.
Dinner did not sit well with the both of us and we paid for that after we got Home, less than a few hours later.

About a month ago I came to this location and they gave me the wrong sandwich so I went back in to get that fixed. They gave me a coupon for a free sandwich but it was expired! Today I went back in and asked if they were able to honor it which they did. But they not only did that, they comped my whole meal. The worker said “we messed up, and we’re going to make it right.” I thought that was really good customer service and I appreciated it a lot. I will say when I got home, I noticed that they forgot my au jus sauce for my french dip which was a bummer but the way they handled this situation definitely earned that 5 stars.

The buffalo nuggets are sauced! The sauce has a nice flavor with a good little burn. I can’t get enough! The other items ( beef and cheddar, mozzarella sticks and fries) were nice and hot! I just have to remember to ask for the Arby’s sauces next time! Thank you for the great service as well!

Smokehouse Briisket Sandwich had a deep, well smoked flavor, plenty of thinly sliced meat, and just enough sauce as to not overwhelm the delicious brisket! Staff is extremely friendly too. Our latest cashier was a hoot and a half! Very funny and pleasant. Fish Sandwich was hot and very crispy. Wish I could have said the same for the Curly Fries. Nicest Arby’s we’ve been in. Well done….literally!

We noticed filling up our self-service beverages, the area was untidy with drips down the front of the cabinet. Going back to the dining area, it was gross. Food on the floor, one table had the remains of someone’s dinner. This was at 7 in the evening and didn’t appear too busy. Employees seemed to be joking around. We went to discard our trash but couldn’t get the paper liner off the tray. The trash receptacle was nasty, so I didn’t want to touch it to discard my trash. Recommend taking your meal out!

I mean my roast beef and cheddar was good. I asked for Arby’s sauce 3 times…. twice while ordering and once at the drive through window… after driving away, checked my bag and I had to park and go in and get sauce. Very nice!
