Starting off with the appetizers, we enjoyed edamame, egg rolls, and dumplings drizzled in a delicious peanut sauce. The dumplings, with their perfectly cooked skin and rich flavors, were especially enhanced by the creamy peanut sauce, making them a standout among the starters.
For the main courses, we tried the steak hibachi and shrimp fried rice. The succulent steak hibachi was tender and accompanied a mix of vegetables that added a nice balance to the dish. However, the spicy fried rice stole the show; its exciting kick and vibrant flavors made it an instant favorite.
The shrimp fried rice was equally noteworthy, with plump shrimp and well-seasoned rice, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that satisfied our tastebuds.
With its warm ambiance and delicious offerings, Ichiban Steakhouse is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful Asian-inspired meal in Gallatin.

Great Mongolian Grill!! Ever since the one downtown Nash closed, it’s been hard to find another good Mongolian Grill, and here I found it!!! Plenty of meat options, including shrimp, all the veggies, toppings and by far the most sauce selection I’ve seen in a while. I was able to recreate my favorite flavor profile. The lo-mein noodle they use is excellent, soaks up the sauces!! It came out perfect!!
The Teriyaki sauce is incredible, love the smokey profile to it, couldn’t get enough.
Also got the hibachi chicken and shrimp, very generous portion of proteins. Fried rice was flavorful.
Service was quick, we’ll definitely be back.

It was my first time in today and WOW…. The service, food, and atmosphere were a 20 out of 10. If I could give this place a higher rating I absolutely would! I’m so glad we decided to stop in today. Wendy was an absolute pleasure making us feel at home. We are definitely coming back many many more times!

I had high hopes but this place is a one and done for me.
Took forever to get my order. It came out wrong, they brought me rice instead of vegetables. They took the order back and instead of fixing their error they proceeded to fix about 15 orders instead of making their error correct. My family was done eating before they even sat my plate back down.
I will give them credit as they refunded the meal but this could have been avoided by simply just fixing my order instead of taking care of other orders.
The food itself was subpar. The steak was hard as a rock and flavorless. The dish is primarily rice or vegetables with minimal protein. The meal should be priced around $12 not the asinine $17 they charged.

We ordered milk tea. Half the cups were ice. We paid a little extra for added tapioca. We got like less than 10 pc each. Staff looked like they weren’t happy either. So disappointing

I am not the type who would give bad reviews, but our experience here was not so pleasant. Staff here is not so friendly and look at the amount of ice in our bubble tea. It was more than half the cup. There were like probably less than 10 pieces of tapioca in both cups of milk tea. Clearly, food and drinks are overpriced. Please do something about this or people will stop coming back.
