I go to this location often and have always had a good experience. Today was different, the service was great but I am not happy with the food. I ordered a large, I did get a large fry container but it was less than half full of fries (there was non that fell out of the container). That alone is not a big deal, I ordered the brisket sandwich which looked as if it was just thrown in the box, as I tried to gather it together I noticed there was no bottom bun! I dont complain often but I would think for $14 (which is expensive in my option) I should at least get the entire bun.

Most of the time when I stop here they can’t seem to get the order right. Even if it’s 2 items somehow I still manage to get the wrong order. I’ve also noticed that when you order a large fry which this happened today they give you the large holder but a small to medium order of fries
Would just like to add to this review. It seems like it’s the younger crew that runs the drive through is the problem. Yeah again I go through and get the wrong items and missing items. I used a coupon for the two can done for $9.99 classic roast beef. I asked for crinkly fry’s and added a mozzarella stick with marinara, I get home and no crinkle fry but curly fry instead and no marinara for the mozzarella sticks.
Adding more to my review, still about the same. Just went for lunch ordered a sandwich and a medium fry, paid for my food got back to work and to my surprise there was a small fry in the bag. The order was repeated back to twice and they still gave me a wrong item.

Food is good but service was terrible through the drive through. Some chubby teenager added something to my order when I didn’t want it, and then they were rude when I wanted a refund for it acting like it wasn’t their fault in the first place. They also took the mozzarella sticks back through the drive through which is super unprofessional and disgusting. I would’ve been okay with the experience if they weren’t so rude about it. This occurred 23FEB2025 around 7:50PM and I am definitely going to file a complaint with corporate. I took back my good review, treat your customers kindly and it won’t matter what mistake you make, but I will not tolerate disrespect.

I love the food but… The lady taking orders needs to brush up on customer service. We all have bad days but theres no need to be rude or have attitude with the people ordering when they are are in no way being mean or rude themselves.

Worst Arby’s on the planet. Very passive aggressive staff. Cold food, not even sure what the deal is. Cashier was freaking out at people ordering through the window. Avoid like the plague. COLD fries everything was insanely mediocre
