Ordered DoorDash through them, they gave extra cold fries instead of curly fries, Mozzerla sticks were cold and they gave 1 piece of bacon after I paid extra for more, cheap.

They do not wear gloves when dealing with your food or drinks, as they were also touching around the rim of my cup, and dealing with my food when putting it in the bag. Highly unsanitary! They often are “out of” salad and curly fries. Even though the salad bar is very much full, you can see in the window as going through the drive through. They don’t wear hair nets either. But overall, They have good and positive attitudes, and are super nice and cheering! Just wish it was was more sanitary.

Greeted with, “You can just do it on the kiosk”. No hi, how are you.
When did was called she liked annoyed because my handicap self didn’t jump up to get it after a 2 hour car ride. My hubby got it after slipping and sliding in the bathroom due to the floor.
The woman’s bathroom smelled like rotten asparagus and brussel sprouts. If I could have held it…I would have.
Feet stuck to the floor throughout. Added pics of shoe prints in the dirt. Didn’t fill my drink (redbull). Hubby got bottled water in case the soda machine was as clean as the floors and bathrooms.
If I could have gotten right back into the car and gone somewhere else, we would have…

Grilled chicken sandwich was inedible. The thing was hard. A Hockey puck would probably have tasted better. Inside has not been cleaned in along time. Had to pry my self off the extremely sticky floor

Jack is one of my favorite fast food places. Staff were great and lunch was absolutely excellent. Never post food pictures, because advertising pics never look similar to reality, but shocked my picture was close. Would definitely have the Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger again. Based on this restaurant visit experience, food cost, food quality, the staff, the atmosphere, clean washroom, clean dine in area, clearly 5 stars. Rating is comparing similar businesses, and Jack is one of the BEST.

Ordered 3 meals only 1 was prepared correctly or eatable. Ordered a burger with no sauce came globbed with mayo. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken it’s self still cold in the middle.
Thankfully the kiddos meal was warm and he had no complaints.

It feels like this location is slowly going out of business…
•Any kind of milkshake showed “unavailable” in the app.
•The soda fountain in the dining room had ONE FLAVOR left…
•Two panels on the drive thru menu were completely blank…
And there were no other customers in the dining room despite it being in the middle of a weekday afternoon… Some real ghost town vibes…

The food is always cooked well, but the chicken burgers are always very dry or they forget to put some things on it. Hamburgers, fries and drinks are always made right. Don’t know what’s going on but it’s always the night cook(s). We still go here because it’s close by and we don’t want to drive to Bellingham to get food. Hope this improves soon.
