Inconvenient for Dashers. Have to go all the way in to the mall to get orders when it would be easier to go through the drive through. AND they will say pick-up order is ready and it is NOT. Makes the Dash app think the Dasher is not fast enough to pick the order up. If you wouldn’t do any of that to a customer, then do not do it to a Dasher.

So there’s a chik fil a inside Northgate. They have chicken nuggets, grilled nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and of course waffle fries. Very courteous, very professional, clean and fresh food. I will say spicy chicken wasn’t very spicy but it still tasted good.
