Celeste has the most beautiful welcoming customer service if it’s through the drive-thru or at the counter inside. The food is 100 out 10. This is the best place for Mexican food. They also have sitting for families larger then 4. You will not be disappointed.

This used to be my absolute favorite spot – hands down the best and biggest burritos I’ve ever had. The quality was always consistent, portions were generous, and the service was always fast and friendly.
Unfortunately, today and the past 2 times that I have ordered this month has been really disappointing. The double meat burritos were thin, missing beans, and nowhere near the size or quality we’ve come to expect. The tacos also arrived plain, even though I specified for them to come with everything.
It feels like the consistency and care that made this place stand out just isn’t there anymore. For the prices, the portions and quality just don’t match what they used to be. I really hope things improve because this used to be one of the best Mexican spots around, but lately the experience hasn’t been even half as good.
Update: I spoke with Celeste after posting my review, and she was incredibly understanding. She listened to my concerns, assured me she’d address them with the team, and offered to make things right.
Thank you, Celeste – that’s the level of customer service we’ve usually been treated with here. It means a lot, and I’m hopeful the quality will return to what made this spot our favorite.

Pretty good Mexican food overall. That wet burrito was seriously amazing, definitely a highlight. The tacos were a little on the dry side and over cooked though. Nothing special about the taco combo, just average. Would go back again for that burrito for sure.

Excellent Mexican food for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dining room was clean. Salsa bar was clean and fully stocked with salsa’s, limes, carrots and peppers. If you dine in you get your food on regular plates and silverware. The family that owns the restaurant are super cool and like to talk to their customers. Mexican food in Reno is more of a miss than hit,but Los Tres Toritos is as good as it gets. Definitely recommend

Celeste immediately greeted us with such kindness and enthusiasm, I knew we found a very special place. The food was cooked fresh, served fast, incredibly flavorful & inexpensive! Just overall hit the spot for my craving for authentic cuisine. I highly recommend trying multiple meats in the 4 taco combo (menu item #5)
My favorites were the sweet and spicy pork & chorizo, but they were all fantastic. Also snag a tamale or 2! (incredible!!!) I wish I could have just kept eating all day Don’t go through Reno without stopping by, you won’t regret it!

The place looks different than I remembered and the food is of better quality, and the staff who run the place are very friendly and helpful.
Does anyone of you know if it is a new administration because previously things were different?
