So I’ve ordered from this location multiple different times when I moved here in May of last year. In the beginning? They were awesome! But moreso in the past six months, their quality has declined. My preferred order is a large thin crust, pie cut. If you don’t know, thin crust are usually square cut. I should get what I pay for right? Multiple times I’ve gotten this pizza as delivery/carryout, and almost every single time it has been cut wrong, the manager acts like it’s pulling teeth to get it remade. I made an order today, and not only did they leave it outside without notification to get cold, but it was cut wrong. I called and asked about the notification and the manager on duty said it was new. That’s a lie, I worked for dominos two years ago and that was on the receipt then as well. So not only do the managers lie and act annoyed when they have to do their job, they refuse to take accountability. Said manager today blamed the cut on his driver, when he should’ve trained her to read the receipt before she cuts anything. Or is even allowed behind the cut table. Thanks.

Ordered the 2 for $6.99 each deal with extra cheese on a thin crust. I paid $1.98 more (for each pizza) for the “extra” cheese. I’m glad I did since there was hardly any cheese, let alone being “extra cheesy”. I inspected the pizza’s before I left the store and asked the employee if either pizza looked like they had extra cheese. She looked at me like I had three eyes and replied “yes”, not bothering to ask the cook standing five feet away. Both pizza’s looked and tasted burnt. Terrible pizza, terrible service, terrible Dominos. Don’t bother with the Durant, OK location. If you do, prepare yourself for a very disappointing experience. I recycled most of the pizza to the crows since they have cast iron digestive systems.

Almost enough of each topping to count as a topping as there were maybe 1-2 on each slice, 2 pepperonis, 1 piece of sausage, 2 slices of mushrooms & onions, etc….little to no cheese & not enough sauce to taste. I read the reviews & decided to give them a chance, but skimping so badly on the pizza toppings only shows how little you want to retain your customers. Looks like I’m not going to earn that free pizza…lol

We are from out of town and we were at the hospital.. our order was delivered at the wrong entrance and Kevin the manager went above and beyond as well as the delivery person coming twice and he was very nice clean and professional.. the call center messed up on the drop off location after we confirmed 3 times to come to the women’s location but Kevin took care of us. Hot and delicious. Both manager and delivery driver needs raises.

Domino’s in Durant is disgusting. I’ve never had a good experience. I was picking up my pizzas when I saw an employee drop a pizza ON THE FLOOR, and PROCEED to put in the box anyways for it to be served. He only threw it away and said he would remake it when he realized it was my order that he dropped. If I had walked in 5 seconds later, I would have taken that pizza and had no idea. Even worse, on other occasions they can’t even get my order right and I’ve never seen anyone wear gloves or wash their hands. Employees are disgusting, seriously need to get it together.

Never had any issues. Pizzas always fresh. Never had a wrong order. Coupon deals can be a little shady/touchy with pricing changes based on topping amounts but if you’re careful you won’t overpay.

This place has gone down the toilet. The website sucks, the foods wrong, and the staff is not helpful. Got hung up on, the end solution was less than acceptable and they didnt care. Manager said he was trying to “turn the store around”, good luck bc its a joke. I would go to literally anywhere else that serves pizza.

Every time we order, they drive right past our house even with us standing in the yard trying to wave them down. Tonight I was even standing at the mailbox while the driver went straight past me. Our house is not hard to find. We don’t live in a weird neighborhood or out in the country. I don’t understand it. Anyways, the food FINALLY arrived tonight & the only thing still warm enough to even comment on was the cheese inside the crust. The pizzas and wings were cold. $70+ for some cold food & barely cold drinks. The crust was very thin as well and the pizza had minimal cheese on it (could see most of the sauce)
