As a door dasher I often visit this pizza hut to pick up orders. New years day I came in the older white lady was just frustrated because they were busy and was very rude. Was not nice nor professional at all. I cancelled the delivery because it was going to be another 15 minutes for them to have my order ready. Also, when you pick up, they treat you as if you’re going to steal the food. I do understand some DoorDash’s are sketchy, but I don’t have time for that and I don’t like being treated like I am going to steal somebody’s food. Every time I come into this Pizza Hut, it’s not a good experience. They need a more professional manner..

I can appreciate that it’s the Super Bowl and it’s packed. Yelling at the 3rd party folks like they are direct isn’t acceptable. I am not a 3rd party, ordered directly, and couldn’t find my order. Asked about a refund. Walked away. So now I will dispute the charge. I don’t expect much but what I witnessed shows a store that doesn’t care.

Had an absolutely awesome experience . Visiting from Indiana on a less than Happy occasion with father at vanderbuilt hospital. I walked in to order I was greeted right away with a smile even though the lobby was full of door dash drivers, phones in her face as well as the young man that was up there helping her. Upon placing the order Tiffany introduced herself and Steve who was helping her hand then out they had me check my pizzas to make sure everything was correct and her words of your a part of our hut family and family takes care of family. Just says so much and hit home right now especially. On top of that the food was delicious, came out in time promised and well you already know the customer service was phenomenal ! so A big Thank you to Tiffany and team!!

I have driven 7 hrs to Nashville, decided to order a pizza to the hotel. They said it’d be 45 minutes, its been 3 hrs and I still haven’t gotten it. To be fair they have said they’d refund my money, but am extremely hingry and still no pizza. (Update) I ended up calling again and being told that though they made my pizza just no driver would respond. In frustration I told them to just cancel it. It was so late most restaurants were closed. I called back to complain to the manager, she was apologetic and said it was the drivers fault because no one would come take the delivery. They told me if I was willing to come get the pizza they would make a fresh pizza. I felt the way it was presented as if Pizza Hut wasn’t at fault and I could fix it if I wanted too.

I order the my hut box. My wings was not fresh and the sauce spilled out the box. Can you all come up with a something better to put the wings in. Glad I got a bag because sauce would have been on my seat.

This Pizza Hut is run like the Navy. The manager personally showed me each and every pizza before we left the store. Everything was clean and the pizza was hot. The wings were crispy and freshly cooked to order. I’m not sure what the other reviews are on about. It seems like they might have a grudge or be fake. Thank you for another delicious dinner at an affordable price. I will be back!
PS I couldn’t help myself and immediately dug into the food so the pictures do not show what it looked like when we picked up the order .

One of the only Pizza Hut lunch buffets still left in middle Tennessee. Usually pretty busy at lunch, so I recommend getting there early. Service is always good.

Please don’t order from here if you plan to enjoy your pizza. Pizza look good but once I grabbed a slice it was hard and greasy. Call to complain and that was not help at all.

When I received my order they didn’t include the 16 wings and had bread sticks instead. I called and they sent the missing wings back out. I waited for 30 minutes and when the delivery woman showed up she said I owed money. I tried to call the store but we gave up after 15 minutes of no answer. I told the driver to take the order back since I’m not paying for my order a second time. How can a business be run this poorly? Honestly.

I rarely write bad reviews, but this is consistently THE WORST delivery experience EVERY … SINGLE … TIME. I have always like Pizza Hut as a reliable option for taste and delivery, but I will order from anywhere else from now on. LITERALLY do not waste your time. Pizza delays are guaranteed and quality is not. Disappointing.
