I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. The last time I came here I brought my reusable Dunkin tumbler and asked for an ice coffee refill and 3 donuts. You would have thought they had never worked there before and looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. They not only charged me full price for a refill they also told me they were charging me extra because I was using my reusable tumbler and then proceeded to make this “coffee” and charged me for an extra swirl that I did not ask for. And then handed me three basically squished donuts. See the pictures of the iced coffee that they gave me that had NO ice. I contacted the company and got the run around and I am just so frustrated with this particular establishment. They need to update their staff and teach them how to run a coffee shop.

I ordered a customized cake for my daughter’s birthday and we are so happy with the result! The party was kitty cat themed and the cake baker JENNY was absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond with the cake. It came out even better than we ever imagined and it was delicious. I will definitely come back for more future celebrations and request for Jenny. This Dunkin Donuts located near the Walmart on Hamilton Mill is friendly, very clean, and most importantly gets your order completed quickly and correctly. Love seeing Mr Sam’s smile as he greets you when you enter the door.

I get my day started with the Hamilton Mill location daily! Everything is always spot-on. Friendly staff greets me with a smile, and my order is prepared quickly and correctly. I have my usual, a medium vanilla iced latte with two pumps of caramel, plain bagel minis, and my son gets a chocolate covered donut with sprinkles. The latte was rich and perfectly chilled, and the donuts and bagel minis were fresh, soft, and delicious. The space was clean and inviting, and the overall vibe made it clear the team takes pride in what they do. — highly recommended!

The staff here is always friendly, professional, and welcoming — they greet you with a smile and somehow remember everyone’s regular order! The customer service is consistently excellent, and my coffee and breakfast are always made perfectly. You can tell the team really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Love going to this Dunkin Donuts location. Mr Sam, the owner always greets us as we enter. His whole staff treats us as friends.
