Took 15 minutes for my wife and I to get our order even though we were the only ones there at the time, the drinks were basically just water, by time we got our food the fries were cold and soggy, the cheesey jalapeno bites were cold, the only thing that wasn’t cold and terrible were the burgers. That being said at least they apologized for the wait and the place was clean. But waiting that long when we were the only 2 people there you would think the food would have at least been hot and fresh and it was not.

Horrible! No response via intercom multiple cars with no response. Had to go inside and they said short staffed nothing else we waited 20 minutes in to go line… they could have just said that!! They were so rude and didn’t care. Had 6 people working.. multiple people confused as to why no one is answering the drive through intercom.

Don’t know how to read !! When someone asks for something not to be put on their food because they are allergic to it and they do it regardless yeah lawsuit waiting to happen!!

Haven’t eaten here in over a year, decided to give them another shot and kind of regret it. Ordered a bacon king meal, got home and opened my sandwich with no bacon on it.. service was alright, food was ok but definitely not what I ordered. Will probably be another year or so before I eat here again.. cheaper and better food at Culver’s so I’ll stick with them

Love the Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter Cup pie which they took away! Now they tried to add a taco to the menu!!! Worst mistake ever! Epic FAIL!!!

When they offer two of $5 they should ring up that way , the customer shouldn’t have to ask for the correct pricing when that is what is advertised on the drive thru menu . Not fair for the staff or the customer.

Drive thru is a bit slow sometimes. Customer service is usually exceptional. Just your average FF place.
