All I can say is WOW
Never have I been to this steakhouse. The manager came over, introduced herself & gave us a whole bunch of different sides which tasted great, of course. They also have a great atmosphere; everyone’s smiling, working hard, and the music and food are great!

I feel bad leaving a 1 star because our waitress was very kind. However, I was served this burger after having to send a burger back because it was rare. I am currently pregnant so I am unable to safely eat a rare burger. This is what was brought to me after a 25 minute wait. It’s very obvious that the burger was just reheated, most likely in the microwave, and was cold when it came out. The manager was pretty rude when she came to talk to us and overall it was not a good experience.

Dirty dusty establishment. The environment and overall restaurant here at 4pm on a weekday should NOT be this bad.
I understand there’s things going on but hostess and staff should be able to see the table is dirty before sitting you in it. When approaching the table I even said “this is the table?” Because it looked like there was peanut dust all over, but no, it was actually the black mold and built up crud from their vents that just got cleaned or something.
I was wearing white shorts and had these ruined and then our hands in the photos show the filth. They offered to comp a dry cleaning bill, despite these being clearly ruined.
Not to mention, we were celebrating my friends birthday and they totally dismissed us!
Then when it comes to service our waitress was great but then very busy so we didn’t have time to tell her that they lit my sisters steak on fire and it tastes of char and nothing else. For a medium well steak, this was the setting PAST well if that even exists.
Consistently underwhelmed and disappointed in this restaurant, but thank you for the $30 meal of a fatty rack of ribs and a burnt up steak.
Also I love the dancing and the party that the workers do, but they had the music SO loud and the poor older couple behind us were even blocking their ears.
Highly recommend taking service elsewhere as I feel hospitality is LACKING.

I ventured to have lunch with the wife today! Like every other time we have came to this location its been very good!
I could tell our waiter was a newer and they were pretty busy it being right at 11am on a Sunday, the overall wait wasn’t too bad and the food was hot and great.
You already know you fill up on the rolls and take home your entree. Its been a while since ive had ribs from TRH they were good and smoky. Its a first for me trying the loaded mash but definitely would get them again. The loaded fries are a must and the cold bowl of salad is a nice touch
Knowing me and my love for this place ill definitely be back.
BTW the ranch is the best ranch around and dont let anyone tell you otherwise, if I could id buy it by the gallon I would.

If you are going to come here, I suggest you use their wonderful feature on their website to place your spot in line. It gives you a rough idea as to how long you’ll be waiting. No matter what, it will be worth the wait. I know it’s a chain, but it’s arguably the best chain.
This Davenport location is consistent. The service is always great. The food is always exceptional. Also…. I feel like they’ve expanded their dining room but I have no way to prove that.

A 15-20 min wait at 6pm on a Wednesday. There were a lot of waiters yelling for birthday celebrations. A bit annoying. Otherwise food and service were excellent!

We got there about 4:30. I had the serloin steak and ribs. The ribs were great but the steak was super salty. I took it home for the dog. He seemed to like it. My wife had the smothered chicken and she said it was very salty also. The rolls and salads we had were good. The service was great. We probably won’t be going back. We had dined there a few times in the past and always had great meals. This time not so much. As busy as they were I’m sure we won’t need missed.
