we’ve been to many subway and never got disappointed.. it’s our first time in this one & it’s the worst. they messed up with my sandwich real bad.. i hate pickles and didn’t opt for that but they put pickles and i like tomatoes the most… they literally removed that. and on top of that in our sandwich there was a hair … uggg, we had to puke out everything … it’s THE WORST. ruined our dinner and night. never gonna order it again.

Asked for tomatoes, got 2 very small slices. Said lots of pickles. Had yo yell it the 3rd time I had to ask or I would have only had 5 pickles on my sandwich but had no issues with putting a big handful of lettuce. Guess they are struggling to afford tomatoes and pickles to the point of only 2 per customer.

Where’s the beef? I’ve been to many Subways but this one is the worst Subway ever. While the store is clean, the sandwiches are lacking in meat compared to other Subways. They give two half scoops of meat for a foot long steak and cheese. What??? The meat doesn’t even cover the length of the bread. It’s like eating a veggie sandwich. I’m a carnivore and protein from meat is important to me. First and last visit to this Subway. And, they wanted a tip. Ugh!

Ordered a 6 inch # 7. She Forgot the avocado. I reminded her. She unwrapped my sandwich, went to the back and she squirted avocado out of the bag. Gross. Then It all got stuck to the wax paper anyway. 1/17/2024 1427

Incredibly friendly staff. Simply was amazing to me and my entire family. It was right around the holidays so they made sure to get us and the rest of the people through the line fast so we could get back to shopping. Food was very very good. Very good staff and service.

I recently visited this Subway and was disappointed with the portion sizes. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and they barely added a teaspoon-sized scoop of tuna. The same was true of the meatball sandwich we ordered—the amount of meatballs was minimal, leaving the sandwich unbalanced and unsatisfying. For the price, I expected better. This experience fell short of Subway’s usual standards.

Been a while since I had subway. And I remember why. Service was good, but DO NOT USE THE APP. For some reason, no subway location will toast or add extra meat when ordering on the app. Best luck going in person and double-checking order before leaving the counter.

We have been going to this subway for the past four years, but since last year the quality has gotten terrible and the service not so great… maybe they were rushing to get people in and out fast. The sandwiches are not made correctly when we order online. When we are their in person, the amount of food placed on the sandwiches are inconsistent. Many times, we get less than the required amount to make the sandwich (2 small tomatoes instead of three, very little lettuce… etc); then there are times we get much more. Today, we ordered online and this is the last time we get a sandwich from this location. The bread was stale, none were toasted even though we requested for two out of three sandwiches to be toasted, skimmed ok the veges and meat and not the right amount of sauce (this seems to be inconsistent to any subway I go), the friendliness or a welcoming customer service is not there. I understand the economy may impact the performance of the employees, but I would think you would want to keep the customers, not steal their money by providing less than the required amount and poor customer service. The remodel looks nice… that’s about it.
