The place is authentic and beautiful. It looks classy and food tastes amazing. I tried the bun choley which becomes my favourite and the drinks are too good. Tried the special daal and panner which tastes like pure desi taste. The staff is kind and one of them is ashwani sharma. Overall, I had an amazing experience. It’s a must visit place.

I visited this place yesterday and was truly impressed by the ambience and overall experience. The hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional, and I would especially like to appreciate Ashish Dhiman for his outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he guided us through the menu, clearly explaining the uniqueness of Punjabi cuisine and the ingredients used in preparing each dish. His in-depth knowledge of the food and menu was truly commendable.
The cocktails served were excellent, and the restaurant’s location in the heart of Delhi adds to its appeal. We ordered Punchline, Tawa Finger Fish, Mewadar Keema with Butter Naan, and Khali Gajar ka Halwa. Every dish was unique, flavorful, and reflected the authentic taste of Punjabi cuisine.
Overall, this restaurant offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the true essence and richness of Punjabi food. I would highly recommend this place for both the quality of food and the exceptional service.

Kikli, Connaught Place delivers a delightful North Indian dining experience. The ambience is elegant yet comfortable, perfect for a relaxed meal. Every dish we tried—from Punchline and Ambi to Khumba Chapli Kebab, The highlight for me was the Sarson Da Saag with Makki Di Roti, which tasted authentic and homely. The Kaali Gajjar Halwa was a perfect ending to the meal.
A special thanks to Ashwin, who took great care of us and ensured smooth service throughout. Highly recommended!

Wanted go eat at one of the recommended new restaurants of Delhi in 2025. Did it meet my expectations. lets see. Kikli implies an energetic punjabi folk dance and the vibe just reflects that. In the middle circle at CP, this restaurant run by talented chef Amninder Sandhu. The restaurant celebrates traditional cooking methods and recipes of pre partition Punjab so if you are looking for a Punjabi restaurant which does not focus on butter chicken this is it. We were welcomed with the traditional dhol. The ambience celebrates Punjab in every sense. It has a outer aagan seating and an elegant indoor seating. We took the outdoor seating with a direct view of the open kitchen. We ordered the satpura chaat which is very different from the regular chaat. Flavourful, presented well and recommended. The ganna ka tekha was refreshing and well mixed. We ordered the Karahi chicken with Mushid Roti and Garlic Naan. Karahi chicken was made as it would be in Lahore with the same utensils. The chicken dish was a little gamey and bland to my liking but the gravy had lots of flavour. The Mushid Roti was similar to Khameri Roti and recommended. Garlic Naan was ok. The accompanying pickle of chana and mango was tasty. We finished with Jelabi and Rabri which was the perfect dessert to end. The service under Mr Dev was excellent. The servers were all in colourful liveries matching the ambience. The open kitchen concept is bold as we can peek right into the kitchen. Recommended that a platform be made adjoining the inner side of the wall so that onions, pickle platters etc can be stored there rather than a direct display. Janitors standing at the washroom corridor be limited as it is narrow and when two or three stand there, it is inconvenient to access both the bathroom and central washbasin. The concept of revisiting and preserving old cooking methods and recipes is well appreciated. All in all a good experience

I went to this restaurant with my family and we were welcomed in a super grand way! As we entered, they played the dhol, showered us with flowers… and the sitting arrangement outside was awesome! There was an open kitchen on the left where the food was being made, and on the right was a glass-enclosed indoor seating with a sick view outside

It’s a great place to go with family and friends! We tried their starters – paneer tikka, chapli kabab, chapte mutton chaap… and paneer tikka had an amazing presentation, super unique! The chapli kabab was soft and really good

We also tried their chicken pakode – they were amazing! And the chapte mutton chhap was great too! We tried one more thing – their Murg mirchi Cream… it was OUTSTANDING! It was like a creamy, buttery chicken dish, totally different from what you’d get outside. They’ve used pure butter and cream to make it, giving it a super rich flavor

For drinks, we had rabdi lassi… it was SO good and super refreshing!

For dessert, we had jalebi with rabdi – it was unique, you don’t get this combo everywhere! Their dessert was awesome – jalebi made in desi ghee, pure rabdi, and garnished with dry fruits… yum!

Definitely try this restaurant with family and friends, it’s a great spot!

Recently I Had a wonderful dining experience at Kikli, Connaught Place. The ambience is lively and beautifully reflects authentic Punjabi culture, making the place feel warm and welcoming. We tried the paneer tikka, soya kebab, choley patti kulche and Malai kofta.
Everything was flavorful, but the choley patti kulche truly stood out and were the highlight of the meal. Kulcha was extremely soft , tasted so good with chole .
The service was excellent, and a special mention to Akash, who was extremely helpful, and ensured we had a great experience throughout.
Delicious food, amazing service, and a great vibe overall. Highly recommended

It was a nice experience at Kikli – welcomed by Dhol and Roses showered at entrance.
We chose outdoor seating while indoor was warm and cozy with two lighted large windows showing peepal tree.

Satpura chaat, started with this at first. Then tried Lassi 2.0 which was a unique cocktail.

Next, tried half plate Raan Pulav which was the main reason for my visit. Raan was very tasty loved it.

Kali gajar halwa was good too. Not at all high in sugar served with icecream loved it.
Overall, staff specially Ashish, was nice and ambiance was good.

The food was outstanding — rich, flavourful, and authentically Punjabi with a modern twist. Some dishes leaned slightly spicy for our palate, but still delicious.
Our favourites were the Chicken Kadhai, Lasanwali Palak, Padoliwali Dal, Mutton Boti Kebab, and their signature Cider Singh drink. The layered roti was a must-try too!

The ambience at Kikli is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed dining spaces that create a lively yet comfortable atmosphere. Portion sizes are generous, and they’re also very accommodating toward gluten-free and dairy-free preferences.

Overall, a wonderful dining experience. If you’re in CP and craving elevated Punjabi flavours, Kikli is absolutely worth a visit!
