First. And last time here.
Burnt on bottom. Smashed pizza.
The box was like a grease trap.
Definitely not with the money.
Then did the email survey and said NO to contact.
And Shannon Graham decided sense she’s RGM of the local stores, shed defy my wishes and email me. But ofcourse with a no reply email.
Their regional manager can’t even follow a simple no. That’s bad. Real bad.
And an employee took a slice AND took a bite outta the cheese sticks. And put it in box.
Truly disgusting practice.
This was night shift too.

The food was ok but it was kind of dry. The cheese bread was over cooked and we asked for ingredients to be spread to the crust and it wasn’t. They told us it would be 22 mins to make the pizza we got there in 20 and it was already done and on the verge of being cold. We might order again for a 2nd chance but not positive on that.

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews, but i suppose it’s exceedingly more common to hear negativity than praise. Ionia Pizza Hut always does a really nice job. Most importantly, it’s very clean. Staff is always friendly and efficient (shoutout to Katy). Food is super fast and affordable. You can order huge meals and they’ll be ready in less than 15 minutes… I don’t know what’s to complain about exactly. First world problems i guess! Keep it up, Ionia Pizza Hut.

I have given this location the benefit of the doubt twice and both times have been disappointments. All the waitresses I have dealt with here have been incompetent. The first time there, we were treated like inconveniences. Our waitress didn’t offer to get us anything else, causing us to have to stop her for more napkins and ranch. She rolled her eyes and let out a frustrated breath. I could understand this if the restaurant was busy, but we were one of two tables there. The second visit, we waited a full 20 minutes before we even saw the waitress who didn’t introduce herself, didn’t offer drinks, and asked us what we wanted to eat. That was it. The only time we saw her was when she dropped food at the table. She walked by us multiple times, never offered any drink refills, and then dropped the check and a small to go box. That was it. If I want Pizza Hut, I’ll just drive the opposite direction and go to Grand Ledge.

After opening our pizza we discovered that one slice clearly didn’t belong with the rest. It looks like one piece was taken out and replaced with a smaller piece before it was given to us. I’ve never had this issue with other pizza places.

Tonight we stopped at the pizza hut in Ionia right after the saranac cross country meet with a couple very hungry kids we dont have a pizza hut with in a hour of us. So we were looking forward to some pizza hut pizza. Upon arrival while waiting to be seated we were informed that waitress WANTED to go home at 8. Which is what time it was. Even know there was a party enjoying dinner in the dining room we were not able to dine in. They said we could order to go and sit and wait for our pizza to be made in the lobby. Which defeated the purpose of our visit. Very disappointed experience due to us not living close to a pizza hut.

Came in, we’re promptly seated. We waited 20 minutes before I went up to the counter and asked to be served. A waitress came up took or complete order, apologized for there service. Then brought us a discounted bill and we still hadn’t recieved our drinks or food. What the heck people, the bill should come out near the end of our meal. After all this was my daughter’s birthday meal. She asked to dine here tonight. I will never eat in here again. However food was perfect!

Literally the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I never did get any of my food, so can’t really say if it was good or not.

Don’t waste your time or money

I called them and reached a call center to place my order and pay for the food I ordered. The call center called me back and canceled my order. I reach the store directly on my 2nd attempt (calling) to order and they take my order no problem and even repeat it back to me for accuracy. We pay and pickup the food and the wings are missing from our order so we turn around to grab them. We get home and one of the pizzas is missing a topping we paid for and another topping is bell pepper and not green olives. Big Bummer!
