After a 30 minute wait, they gave us a completely wrong order!
I ordered a chocolate shake, two roast beef sandwiches, two large curly fries, a large Coke Zero, a burger, and Arby’s sauce. Costed over $30.
INSTEAD they gave us a French dip, a small root beer, two mozzarella sticks (not two orders, two sticks), a chicken slider, a beef and cheddar, and a peach egg roll thing. COMPLETELY the wrong order, and I’m sure this order was way less expensive than what they charged me for!
They also didn’t give us a receipt. But seriously, what the heck! I’m totally upset.

Fries were hard. And they forget my sauce every single time. Whether its drive-thru or delivery. Its extremely frustrating to have to eat a classic roast beef sandwich dry when the horsey sauce packet i put on the order, thats on the receipt on the bag, isn’t given to me.

The large gobbler sandwich was 12.99 and smaller than a 6″ sub. Hardly any flavor. Didn’t even have enough stuff in it to taste anything but bun. Took forever to get it. Restaurant was dirty. VERY disappointed.

They gave me the old bottom of the batch for curly fries.. other burn pieces And reg fried mixed in. Brisket sandwich was super thin, two small slices of meat and almost no topping.. overall worst food I’ve ever had.. ended up throwing it away because I opened it when I got to work and couldn’t go back

Walked into the restaurant.. Staff very friendly. Waited a little while as they had to cook my food. Which was very awesome. For wait I received a coupon for my next order free. I really wasn’t mad or anything. The Manager gave me the coupon.

DONT TRUST THIS LOCATION!! I’ll never trust this place again. Their website doesn’t even work to leave info about my order to complain so I’ll do it here instead. I believe the meat was not only slices way too thick but the incessant laughter from the workers makes me suspect it was intentional and it was also lukewarm and disgusting and chewy for a roast beef sandwich. So so nasty I’m tempted to go back and snap but it’s not worth it.

We thought Arby’s had the meat…so where is it??? We understand they’re short staffed today, but are they short on meat too? The lady was super sweet and apologetic for the wait and our sandwiches were OK besides lacking meat so we gave 2 stars…hope homegirls day gets better!

I had a really disappointing experience at Arby’s recently. I specifically ordered a gyro plain, without any tzatziki sauce, and instead got the complete opposite. The tzatziki wasn’t just on it—it was absolutely smothered in it, like someone thought it was a joke. It was completely inedible for me, and the order being wrong just ruined the whole meal.
If you’re going to offer customization, at least take it seriously. Waste of money and time.
