You would think that my rating would be 5 stars since food 5, service 5, and atmosphere 5, however, upon ordering in the app I noticed that the pricing was different for me than another user. It was at this point we searched and discovered Starbucks now participates in dynamic pricing. And while I love their apple crisp coffee, I do not love it enough to not know how much it will cost or to encourage dynamic pricing, and will not “just go inside.”

Only go through the drive-through here. Those people come in and out quickly but if you go wait inside, it’s the longest weight at a Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Lol rip.

I love Starbucks, and the service at this one is great (a little slow sometimes, but I get it), but the music is just way, way too loud. I’m a college student, so my friends and I aren’t being party-poopers, but it’s too loud in the lobby to even think about reading or studying. Even having conversations is difficult, as I have to shout and lean to be heard. I’m sitting here now, waiting for an order, and I see–I think–eight speakers? If it’s for the constant and consistent dispersion of sound, that’s great, but I shouldn’t have a migraine if I’m sitting under one. It’s 6 AM, and I feel like I’m at a concert.
EDIT: I used my audio software on my computer to see that it was a constant 100 decibels in here! For reference, 85 is like a noisy restaurant, and 95 is being in a loud truck or bus. 100-110 is like being in a nightclub or at a construction site, and long-term exposure should be avoided. I feel bad for the workers, it’s always this loud in here.

Hey guys it’s Matt, I used to love going to starbucks until today. Just another day going to get my Honey citrus mint hot tea with some milk. I get my drink from a very polite young man working the drive thru! His service was great. Then i get that first sip feeling of chunky milk in my hot tea. Not knowing that my tea was solid and not a liquid, I start choking profusely while driving, almost crashing, putting the safety of me and my family in danger! I would like you all to see the disgusting image of my tea below.

I am partial to Starbucks so let me get that out there. This location has the largest interior of any Bux I’ve been in. So many seats. My coffee was made correctly and fast. Wish I lived in the area as I would be here everyday.

it says they’re open until 6 on christmas and there were people in line getting drinks. i waited 20 min in line for them to tell me they closed at 3:30. it was 3:35 when i pulled up. it was really inconsiderate. at least go tell people you’re closed before they waste their time waiting.

Popular location usually busy! Courteous staff, good baristas, and lines moves quickly. Coffee is made well and prepared food items are pretty fresh. There is outdoor seating that usually has some human activity. The callout I have is the entry into the parking lot…whoa, some major dips and ups and down by the entrance. My car would welcome a repair

This starbucks location is so disappointing! Many of the employees and very kind and helpful, but this morning when I came in Steve was incredibly rude. When he saw me carrying my drink carrier, which probably indicated a large order and was annoying to him, he grumbled loudly enough for me to hear and then made a face before taking my order. after making me feel bad for coming in to starbucks and buying a drink, he messed up my whole order.
Best part of the whole story – all I ordered was 5 drinks and a couple of food items. yikes
I did come back in to have to get my order corrected, and the female lead was very kind and helpful (sad I didn’t get her name) Steve did make a face when he saw me come back in, so I’m sure he will remember this interaction.
