This would’ve easily been a 5-star review because the food is amazing and the owner is honestly the sweetest person ever. BUT… I’m taking off a star because of the fish rolls
I tried their fish rolls once and OMG it was the BEST fish roll I have ever had in my life. But ever since then, every time I call to order some… they NEVER have it!! Like bruhhhh I call almost every week asking for fish rolls and it’s always “not today.” This is messed up lol.
Please bring back the fish rolls consistently!

I had the chicken shawarma and it was AMAZING!!!!! Since moving here one year ago this is my first time trying Nigerian shawarma and it was even better than the one at home. The ingredients were not minimized and I didn’t have to be looking for the chicken and sausage in my shawarma. I encourage anyone to try it no matter where you are from because it is that good.

I’m not enjoying Palace Treats anymore. The quality has dropped, the shawarma was so soggy and barely had any meat. Customer service isn’t great & the wait time for a very simple shawarma was almost 30 min for no reason. On top of that a literal child took my order on Saturday, which was weird .

Food is always great. There is usually a longer wait than advertised online or told in person but it is worth it. The service is a hit or miss depending on who is at the front. Overall, the food keeps me coming back but have low expectations on good customer service to be honest.

the first time i went it took over 1 hour for my order for simple shawarma and jollof rice and there was only 5 people there at the time there food was good but since then the food quality has not been hitting the 3 rd time i went the food was sloppy and felt like they played with my order which is disappointing after waiting for over 45 minutes

OMG!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PALACE TREATS!!!! Their food is so DELICIOUS and I can’t get enough of their meals. My favorite thing to order is the shawarma spring rolls with the jollof rice and drumstick!!!! I go there FAITHFULLY EVERY WEEK!!! I even told all of my friends and family about it. The owners are also very nice people!! Always smiling and great customer service!!! I wish I can give this place TEN STARS!!!! They deserve it!

I visited Palace Treats for the first time, and it was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made all week! I had the chicken and beef shawarma with sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. From the customer service to the preparation time to the rich, flavorful taste, everything was a 10/10. It’s hard to find shawarma in Houston that’s packed with real flavor, but they nailed it! & it’s super affordable!
They also have this cool thing called the Shawarma Spring Roll, and I’m definitely coming back to try it. The drive is a bit far, but it’s totally worth it. I’ll be back for sure!
