I have ate twice at Dairy Queen in the last two months and every time I dine in they do a great job. They always impress. I recently went to Dairy Queen on January 29th for lunch. When my boyfriend and i walked inside the restaurant; it was nice, awelcoming atmosphere. It was clean and plenty of spots to eat. The restroom was clean and well stocked. When the food arrived , everything was in the order and every item was hot and fresh. We both had cheeseburgers and they were bussin’. Fresh produce and nicely put together burger. Thank you, Dairy Queen team for a great meal and great service.

Ordered chili cheese hot dog and received a foot long hot dog with a burnt weiner, dried chili (very little of that), and 7 pieces of onions. The drink tasted bad and had to go inside and get a new drink from a different machine. Ordered arrived without the fries and again I had to go inside to get my fries. The fries were old and rubbery. I ended up throwing the whole meal, except the drink, in the trash. Every time I go to the Dairy Queen in Ingleside my order is messed up in some way. This was definitely my last trip to Ingleside Daily Queen.

Ordered twice and both times order was botched. Don’t know how you can mess up turtle pecan blizzard, but first time was basically a drink was so melted and second time literally had NO pecans at all. Ended up just going to another DQ location.

The food is always great there the burgers always have the grilled chicken sandwich combo or the burger combo those are always good but I try to grill chicken salad in the plate was dirty when the brother to me just let us look all salty you come to look old I was scared to eat salad I’m not one to complain I told the lady who brought my food there about my problem with the food and when I saw that the person you made my salad was the manager I just walked out because you should know better I’ve been a manager in the fast food business before and take pride and what to do whatever job I get or I’ve had I always take pride in my work so we’re going to make somebody a salad make sure the letters is crispy and cucumbers will not old

Im not one to leave reviews, but this time this was definitely one for the books, everything that could be wrong, was, i was in a rush to work so i take this blame on me that i didnt check my order, but i shouldnt have to, i ordered a burger with 2 meats and it only had one, i added mayo and ketchup and it didnt have none, i said no tomatoes or onions and it came with onions, also, this is 100% on me because i was distracted (on a rush) but they never gave me my drink and i didnt realize until i was already at my job site. very disappointed
