From arguing with him me and the wife just left. Not gone argue and spend my money but you lost a customer, and definitely will spread the word about the horrible customer service.
Visited recently and an employee’s child was in the dining area unattended while they worked. Volume on the child’s iPad was loud as they sang and danced around. Assuming the child was there due to unforeseen circumstances, it would’ve been appreciated if employee was more aware of impact on customers.
A sub we ordered as toasted was not and another sub was missing toppings – both requests were on receipt taped to the baskets. Subs looked like they were made by someone wearing a blindfold. Fries were old and absolutely covered in salt. All tables were dirty so we wiped one off for a place to eat.
Will be back in hopes of better food and service, but wish it was consistent considering cost is a bit higher than other fast food options.
I don’t know what happened at this location. It used to be my go to place for lunch. I’ll never dine in again either. Filthy restroom. And the tables were sticky awful.
I was looking forward to eating there, such a disappointment today. I won’t be back. $31 throw away.
What sets Penn Station apart is the quality of their ingredients and the attention to detail. The bread is always fresh and perfectly toasted, providing the ideal foundation for their flavorful subs. The meats and cheeses are top-notch, and the vegetables are crisp and plentiful.
I’m a big fan of their signature subs, like the Philly Cheesesteak and the Italian, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The fries are also a must-have – perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they’re the ideal complement to any sub.
The service is always friendly and efficient, even during busy times. The staff is happy to customize your order to your liking, and they genuinely seem to care about making sure you have a great experience.
If you’re looking for a hearty, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying sub, Penn Station East Coast Subs is the place to go. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. Highly recommend!
