My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. I have a terrible dairy allergy and the girls working were very concerned and understanding. They offered to clean up their workspace and slicers just to make sure that I don’t have an allergic reaction. The restaurant is very clean and the girls working were very friendly. The food is ALWAYS delicious. There is just something about it! My wife and I practically live across the street and will definitely be returning! I didn’t get the girls names, but thank you for making sure that I am able to enjoy a Jersey Mike sub without having fear that I will have an allergic reaction! We will definitely be back!

The food was fine and tasted like any other Jersey Mike’s but my first job ever was at a Jersey Mike’s and what is supposed to set it apart from other sandwich shops is the customer service. The one woman there was completely rude and short. I was taught we welcome customers and engage… there was absolutely none of that in this store. I thought maybe it was just US she had a problem with but then overheard how she spoke to another man when he came in and it was the same. The younger folks were a bit more pleasant at least. As I mentioned, food was fine, customer service is lacking and I’m glad I no longer live over here so I can continue to spend my money at other locations.

Went to this location for the first time for a pick up order. There were no napkins in the bag. My sandwich was an absolute mess.

This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I walked in and was not greeted at all. Instead, the two young men behind the counter continued their conversation as if I wasn’t even standing there. When they finally acknowledged me, one of them asked, “How can I help you?”—no greeting, no professionalism.
I responded with, “Well hello, how are you today?” to remind them that basic courtesy matters. The young lady at the register didn’t say a single word throughout the entire interaction. There was a third gentleman who made no eye contact at all. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it left a really bad impression. Needless to say, I did not make a purchase.
Customer service matters, especially when you’re in a people-facing job. I’d give this location 0 out of 10 NOT recommended.

If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered 2 of the foot long/large Philly with portobello mushrooms, one add their yummy spicy mayo to it. However, after my 30 minute drive home open the wrapper, and it’s covered in mustard. Tons of mustard. So I called up there to see if we were given these by mistake or what happened. The guy answering the phone said he heard spicy mustard, and said they don’t have spicy mayo. I informed him they have a spicy mayo on one of their Philly sandwiches on the menu. He said right that, but you didn’t order that I wrote down mustard and put mustard on it. I let him know typically when I have ordered this sandwich they just forget the mayo entirely, but now I have an $18 sandwich no one will eat because who puts mustard on a Philly. But he offered nothing. No apology. No accountability. Nothing. I was so excited to have jersey Mike back on the island. But I will not eat there again. There customer service since opening back up has been very poor. But I had high hopes from the last one. Horrible customer service skills. Just horrible. Don’t get anything from here unless it’s basic off the menu. They will not be capable of making your order correctly.

This place is amazing! We had a large dine -in order and couldn’t be happier with the quality and customer service we received. The manager on duty was so accommodating and kind. And the cashier was extremely kind and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic! Jersey Mike’s Subs Fleming Island location never disappoints. The subs are always fresh and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. I particularly love the #13 Original Italian with cherry pepper relish — flavor bomb! Highly recommend this spot for a quick, satisfying meal, 5 stars all the way!
