What a great spot! I highly recommend stopping in on Thursday for the live music. Great addition to the atmosphere.
All the food was really good. Smash waygu burger, shrimp and grits, cod sandwich, and chicken parmesan.
We also tried the Bread and Spread appetizer which was great… and tiramisu for dessert!
Look for notes in the wall. Maybe you can add to them.

One of my very favorite restaurants! The West & Main vibe is always fun, especially on weekend when they have musicians during the afternoon. Everyone that works there is at the top of their game and so friendly. And the FOOD!! They do the basics well – this is their burger and a chicken sandwich, with very random customizations that they handled without question. But other items, like perogies, poutine, and their brush specials are also amazing. Don’t sleep on the mac-and-cheese – I’m picky, and this may be the best I’ve ever had. Parking is so easy – we always get a spot close by. If you are in the area – or not – you won’t be disappointed at West & Main!

Great dinner spot for those in and around Trumbull county. The menu has something for everyone. We went in on a Friday during Lent and there was plenty of fish options to choose from. The chef has a deep passion for his dishes and it shows in every plate that comes out. Bartenders are very attentive and helpful in picking the right drink. All and all it’s a great spot in our area to have a good night out with great food and drinks

Wow! We stumbled upon West & Main when picking up T-shirts down the street. AMAZING!! The Ohio Corn and Bacon Rigatoni was delicious. I highly recommend trying it. My husband loved his burger. Classic! The service was top notch! What a great find in downtown Warren!

Not just dinner but a very fun evening. Monty is a great server, the hostess and all the servers were delightful and friendly. Live music was entertaining, NOT over bearing. Food is always fantastic. You would swear the staff enjoyed working together and being with customers because the atmosphere was fun.

First time eating here and we will definitely be back. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the beet salad and the lemon garlic humus. The desserts are to die for also. The service was great, and Milan, our waiter, was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. I had the special Pierogies with Kielbasa and my husband had the Cheeseburger. Both were delicious. They only have 15 tables, so make reservations if you plan on eating during dinnertime.

We stopped in Warren, OH for an evening to breakup the drive to Chicago and were incredibly impressed by West & Main! The atmosphere had a cool vibe across from the town square and in front of David Grohl Alley. The decor was cool with its exposed brick. Our server Milan was great – very pleasant and awesome recommendations and also mixed an amazing dirty martini! Shout out to the chefs behind the scene…the food was outstanding! We had the shrimp & grits, which was amazing- tops any we’ve had down south. The other dish we had was the jagerschnitzel, it was excellent! Both dishes were fantastic and on par with any you’d get in NYC, although W&M serving size is generous. We also had the lemon blueberry bread pudding (which we never order but Milan had recommended)…it was delicious…not a bite left. Absolutely put this restaurant on your to-do list!

My girlfriends and I had a great lunch experience today ( 8-15-25 ). The mushroom rigatoni was delicious and full of mushrooms with a light,flavorful sauce. A+

The Bone-In Porkchop was so juicy and delicious. Yes, I had a bite and will be having that next time because WOW !! I hope they keep the Arancini because it is amazing and crispy and will be loved by ALL !!!

Today was the first time I have ever been to West & Main. I was totally impressed, the atmosphere was like being back in time, old but current feel. Food was fantastic! My husband ordered the burger and fries. The flavor was out of this world. I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. It was fresh and the dressing had a different taste. There was a little lemon flavor. I really liked it. Service was spot on, never had to wait. I will definitely go back.
