I stopped in the drive thru on my way home from Asheville and this location could not have provided tastier food!
The Cajun filet biscuit was so hot! The biscuit was soft and flaky. The fries were seasoned properly. The wait was minimal, despite it looking somewhat busy. This was a perfect breakfast after a fun night celebrating! Stop here on your road trips.

I called up there tonight on Tuesday Jan 27th at 6:11 pm . The lady that answered the phone wasnt friendly at all. And acted like it killed her when I was asking what biscuits were on sale and what time do they close. She had a bad attitude then when I said ok thank you she just hung up the phone. Wasn’t friendly at all. Very rude. Somebody needs to teach her how to talk to people. She doesn’t need to be in customer service acting like that.

Bojangles REALLY ???? Right at 11$for a 2 leg and thigh meal and a soda…why does my drumstick look like it came from a pegion ,or a Robin instead of a chicken …did you slip up and give me a over done dry hard as a brick wall drumette from a hot wing???? This is barely the size of the spoon u gave me when I tore it open straight to the bone from the crust …swear on everything it looks like some one ate the chicken rebreaded it and fried it again then stuck it in the box , I tried to salvage the meal by busting open the thigh and look what was inside ..I’ve never seen skin that looked like someone sneezed in it I would pay damn good money to watch the owner of that store eat that chicken,bet they wouldn’t,cause I wouldn’t..I didn’t! Who would ?? I would fire my entire shift manager included or have a serious “final warning” couching session if any body who worked for me had served this mess to a customer ….I get prices have gone up ,quality has went down and good customer service has now become a old wives tale ,or something old men sit on the porch in rockers after Sunday dinner and tell tall tales to all the grandchildren about …you know the ones that start with “back in my day ” ?..any way I get it I fo but this is ridiculous..people deserve better bojangles

I came to Bojangles to pick up family packs for Christmas dinner. I came around 12 pm. They only had enough Cajun Pintos for one picnic size and they were dried up. That was pitiful. I was supposed to get Bo sauces and honey mustard for the chicken supremes but didn’t get any sauces what so ever. I spent $136 . I’m tried of spending good money on bad food or either you don’t get what you paid for.

It’s sad. I’ve been here a couple times and they always disappoint. They never get my tender order right. Don’t know why they ask for which sauce when they never give us any on our last couple of orders from here. It wasn’t even busy every time we went. They always give me the smallest chicken tenders.

The people are rude and when they Make rice its always overcooked and mushy. When I took it back the lady was very rude about it I don’t understand that like it doesn’t cost you a damn thing to get me fresh and you should want to make sure its right if you care but these people anymore just care about the pay checks and not good food or service!!!

I love Bojangles biscuits but the ham biscuit I ordered was not at their typical best. The ham was more like jerky than ham. I almost think that it was leftover from the day before and just reheated. It’s not going to keep me from , coming back but it was disappointing.

This particular Bojangles has really gone down hill fast. You NEVER get what you order going through the drive thru and the tables are always dirty if you dine in.
