I ordered the food I wanted this morning for delivery that evening so that I could make sure it wouldn’t be sold out by the time we wanted to eat. I got a text saying it was on the way and then that it had been delivered. Imagine my disappointment when it was not on my front porch 10 seconds later when I went outside. I called the number I was given, and it is a centralized customer service. Apparently it was left at someone else’s house, and they don’t know where. By now they can’t send me a duplicate order because the items I wanted are sold out. And there’s no way to call my local Frederick, MD location to get them to ask their driver where they left it. The person on the phone was nice as can be, but here I am hungry at 7:00 at night, and I don’t have my food. Big fail in my book!!! Sure, they said they could send me something else, but then I’m paying for a dinner I didn’t want. So I took the refund and hung up very disappointed.

The pulled pork sandwich was good. There were some pieces of dry meat but I enjoyed the flavor and the amount of pickled onions. I would get that again. The thai drunken noodles with chicken was not good. Some noodles still crunchy, but the sauce didn’t taste good at all. It was overly spicy to the point where I couldn’t eat it. Even though it has 2 chili peppers I was told it was mild. I would rate it more like a 3.5 to 4/5 spice level. The banana pudding was meh, more like ice cream then banana pudding. I’ll stick with getting the real magnolia bakery pudding from NYC or making it at home.
I like tbe fact that you can mix and match cuisine, but it seems like it can be a gamble on quality depending what you order. I’ll try it again, but order different stuff, never the thai ever again haha

Went today and got a regular cheesesteak, only 1 order before us, food came out luke warm, CS was drenched in the garlic aoli, way to many onions and couldn’t find the cheese , only thing you tasted was the aoli, bread was stale,steak didn’t appear to be cooked on the flat top 4.95 for fries that were burnt to a crisp and over salted. Horrible experience. So much hype for a big disappointment.

For a place that advertises “made to order,” the food was severely lacking. I ordered inside the restaurant and waited for my food, yet both the pasta and dumplings were ice cold when I received them. The pasta had almost no flavor and tasted like cardboard, and the dumplings were very unappetizing in both appearance and taste.
To make matters worse, a worker in the back was loudly yelling profanity while customers were dining, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Overall, the quality of the food and the unprofessional environment made this a disappointing experience. I would recommend saving your time and money and going somewhere else.

I love a good food hall in DC so I’m excited to try all of the different restaurants here! I had poke while my husband had brisket. I really enjoyed my build-your-own shrimp & salmon bowl from Hanu Poke. I was not expecting it to be fresh salmon so that threw me off a little bit but other than that, no complaints. Very filling, I was only able to eat half.
