Ordered 2 of the $40 burger boxes, was not disappointed. The onion rings were so crispy, perfection. Ordered a total of 8 burgers so was worried that all the customizations we had added might have gotten mixed up as things so happen, but everything was perfect, organized, fresh, and delivered to us quickly. If you want a mediocre burger that is seriously overpriced with an indifferent staff, this is your place to go, I have heard so much good about habit that I had to try it and the slop was put up in front of me means I’m not going Back.

I enjoy the the chicken club. The chicken is good quality, and the avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and toasted bread are great together. All very fresh tasting. I’ve never had anything else so I can’t vouch for other menu items.

The chicken sandwich was made with onions while I asked for them not to be on there (allergy) the sandwich was heavy on the sauce & the lettuce just like it was sloppy and thrown together. I took it apart and it was so disgustingly soggy I just used regular sandwich bread & my fries were cold.

Went there again the other day because I liked the Habit Grill when I lived in Calif. This place is not even close to the standards that most HG have in place. A bunch of kids are working there, service is slow, unorganized, not kept clean or stocked. There was a huge spill on the floor by the restroom that you had to cross which was very difficult and a big safety hazard. I reported it to the girl up front who seemed to be in charge as she did the least amount of work and she just said ok. I saw another man go up and report it and she said we already know yet she didn’t have anybody go clean it up and they were not busy at all. They were also out of ice and small plastic container cups. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and the cheese burger was awful, gray and no flavor. I suggest you go somewhere else. I know I won’t be going back. There are lots of other places for burgers right there in Prasada. Very disappointing. The owner needs to be there to make sure things get done.

Got my order at 9:45ish ordered a double and added a patty. Looked and extra patty was not there (so I thought) went up and asked for the extra patty. They made it so fast and when I sat down to eat I noticed the extra patty I ordered was under the bun I felt so bad and ran up and apologized and offered to pay and they were so kind and weren’t upset at all. I will always visit this store when I’m in the area. So much respect for this place and the evening staff. My goodness there are kind souls out there still! The food here is delicious but they always take a long time to get it out. Maybe its because it is made fresh all the time but i went through the drive through for a fry and onion ring only. Youd think this might take 5 min to drop in the fryer but i waited over 20 min and wasted my entire lunch break. By the time i got back to work i had no time to eat. Great food just make sure you have time to wait for it.

I have tried the habit 3 times 2 of them 3 times they messed up my food. Once on valentines day I asked for no grilled onions and no avocado I got both. They sent me their tickets to replace the order well I went there tonight to get the replacement and made sure they knew they messed up my last one and I asked for no onions no avocado well I get home and guess what grilled onions. Fries are cold and taste like they have sat and maybe redipped to “heat” them back up. And the chicken pieces same. Very sad not sure if I will be going back

Well the service people were amazing but. The food was sloppy and surprisingly cold. The order actually took a very long time so it may have been cause they had lots of orders for door dash and in the lobby. The shake was tremendous but that’s why I gave 2 stars. My husband threw his burger out. The sweet potato fries were so cold, it was not good food. Again, the service people were outstanding.

The place is very busy. It recently opened so that’s understandable on many levels. It took longer than expected to get our takeout order but the employees were nice and friendly and I could see they were hustling and trying to keep up with the rush.
Even with all the people (several of which were complaining about the length of time), our food came out great! We were missing one side of sauce but thankfully we have the sauce at home, so no biggie. I was pleasantly surprised that my ahi tuna sandwich and onion rings were cooked to perfection.
We enjoyed our food and the kind service while at the restaurant. I put their menu photos for reference because I forgot to take some of my own. We’ll return again!
(Oh!! Parking is a royal pain in the arse. But that’s not the employees fault!)
