It was our first time trying this place, because the Indian restaurant that we normally go to hadn’t opened yet. The best part is that they had a breakfast menu, since we wanted something light. I’m not a vegetarian, but this place is perfect for one who is! It wasn’t spicy, but full of flavor! Don’t sleep on it! The lady at the counter, I’m assuming is the owner, was super kind and patient! Oh and we took our desserts to go!

So, so good. I’ve tried pretty much every Indian restaurant in the area and this one is hands down my favorite. The tikka masala and garlic naan are perfect. I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere because I ordered delivery, but I will definitely be back to try more of the dishes.

I ordered chicken biryani from Shalamar Restaurant and was shocked to find a large piece of plastic inside the food (photo attached). This is a serious food safety issue and shows a clear lack of hygiene and attention in the kitchen.
It completely ruined the meal and made me question the restaurant’s cleanliness and quality control. I won’t be returning and strongly urge the management to take this seriously and improve their standards.

Every time I come here the food is absolutely fire each and every time. My go to is the chicken tikka masala with rice and regular naan. It is absolutely delicious and the lady who works the counter is very sweet. The other side of the restaurant is a bit dim so I feel like the atmosphere could be a little bit better but overall I love this place. Would recommend 100%

I always get my samosas here with the green sauce instead of the yogurt based for several years now. Their garlic Naan so far is the best. The dishes that we’ve eaten were good e.g. chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, shrimp curry and fish curry.
