**to respond to you “don’t sell frozen patties”, then why did I have a patty cut in half on my sub? Was it a pressed patty and then cut in half? Because that’s how the sub came. Is that typically how you make a sub? Most places used ground beef and dont press it….it tasted like a frozen patty..thanks for any clarification..
(Previous review) We order take out here at least once a week. The food is usually quite good. Unfortunately, tonight was the exception. The mozzarella sticks were pale, soggy. I would have sent them back because of how obviously under cooked they were, but since it was takeout I wasn’t going back. The fries were soggy, greasy, and tasted burnt. 2 disappointing appetizers ($18.00) were left unfinished. The pizza was okay, not the typical standard we are used to with hardly any sauce and barely melted cheese. Quality control slipped tonight, but we’ll try again and hope for better next time.
But… tastes really not good.
The pizza had 0 flavor almost like the crust was old I could tell when I picked it up it was not right. The cheese looks real however it tastes like nothing- salt didn’t help. My teenagers and 8 year old didn’t like the pizza.
The French fries were not finished, the brownies not finished, the pastry was so disgusting I had to spit it out.
I feel so bad because I wanted to go here for a long time I had extremely high hopes. I do not recommend I gave 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.
I don’t want a replacement meal either. I will never ever go here again because the food is gross, and expensive . Cumberland farms has better tasting pizza and i dont like thers either.
The sub did need a bit more cheese and mushrooms but wasn’t bad tasting.
Service was very quick.
The pizzas took a really long time to come out. I got a small BBQ chicken pizza and my husband got the Mediterranean. My pizza was pretty good.
I’m not all that picky with pizza because even bad pizza is good. My husband is picky and he didn’t like his. I tried it to see why: NO FLAVOR. Can you believe a Mediterranean pizza being flavorless?
Both pizzas look fantastic in the picture I took, but don’t be fooled. I would say overall this place is “mediocre”.
